Superb accommodation and lovely staff

The room was very modern and extremely clean, very comfortable bed, lovely balcony and air conditioning. The bathroom had a jazzy coloured light shower and everything was finished to a really high standard. It was only a short walk to the beaches on the east of Riva Garda. Being awkward and English, we arrived a bit early and the owner Oscar made our room ready as soon as possible for us. We also asked if there was any chance of a kettle and he arrived at our room shortly afterwards with a kettle, cups, saucers and a variety of drinks, which was very kind and much appreciated. The breakfast was good and all the staff were friendly. We would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend for short or oong stay, excellent facilities on new building.

What an excellent surprise to have this nice stay at reasonable price! Property was very new and everything was sparkling clean. Rooms were spacious and balcony was a great plus. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good ac and parking on street next to hotel was easy. Staff was superb! Could not have been better

Serenity

Host was very nice and helpfully. You can see mountain from balcony. Accommodation is well located. 5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the ferry port. Near the restaurants and if you forget something at home there is a coop at 5 minutes. Is a very peaceful location.

A very good hotel with great service in beautiful Riva del Garda.

A very nice small hotel with great personnel and service. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to the beautiful Pini beach, restaurants and a shopping mall. A very good breakfast is served in the morning and you can choose to sit in the garden if you like. Our room was perfect and clean, located on the 3rd floor with a large balcony and beautiful view. The room and hotel is very clean. The room is cleaned everyday and towels changed. My family and I were very satisfied with our stay and we give our highest recommendations. We would love to come back. Thank you!

Oscar was very welcoming. Very helpful. The lake was close-by. The room was spotless and quiet. We had parking right outside. Breakfast was great and the coffee was good.

Overnight stay, restful sleep and a tasty breakfast

the hotel is in a quiet residential area, close to the beach and Riva promenade. Many restaurants nearby. Riva is only a few minutes walk away, where you can find further restaurants and stores. The hotel seems recently renovated with modern rooms, furniture and bathrooms. The rooms were very clean. All in all I felt comfortable and had a good nights sleep in the room. Breakfast was very nicely prepared (small buffet), with a good selection of bread rolls, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh fruits, cornflakes and yoghurt. The breakfast staff was EXTREMELY attentive and always made sure our coffee cups were filled. Thank you! Parking is limited directly in front of the property, but there are a small number of parking spots in the inner courtyard and the hotel offers free parking vouchers for a parking lot 150m away. Check in was pleasant and quick, with the manager showing us where we could park as well as explaining things to see and do nearby. All in all we felt well taken care of. We would stay overnight here again.

In my room the carpet flooring extended into the entire bathroom - I was a bit surprised about this, as unusual in Europe. It’s a really small point, but tiles would have been better for reasons of hygiene (carpet can get wet!?)

308 € per night was much to expensive. 240 € per night would have been the highest acceptable price.

The owner was very friendly and kind. He even let us park the car at the hotel before our Check in time and we were also able to check in some hours before the normal time. Additionally, we were also able to park at the hotel even after our stay, that way we were able to enjoy the last day as well and had no troubles to find an extra parking spot.

Freundliche Begrüßung, sehr zuvorkommendes und Freundliches Personal. Frühstück top, alles da was das Herz begehrt. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sauber. Sehr gute und zentrale Lage.

wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und modern - besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tollen Duschkabinen, 5 Sterne dafür! Frühstück war auch ausreichend vorhanden (dieses konnte man draussen einnehmen, sehr schön!) und die Parkmöglichkeiten im inneren des Hofs war aussergewöhnlich und für unseren Aufenthalt genau das richtige! Vielen Dank ausserdem für den tollen Aperol Spritz, richtig gut und preiswert dazu!

Ok, aber würde mir diesmal etwas direkt am See suchen.

Das Bad. Frühstückraum war sehr spartanisch und ein Hundekot lag am Teppich. Wände im Hof, wo gefrühstückt wurde und der Platikrasen sollten gemütlicher gestaltet werden.
