A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel, highly recommended!

The property was fantastic, the room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The location was perfect for exploring Riva del Garda, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

Excellent!

Pretty much everything! Lovely modern hotel with tasteful contemporary decor. Excellent quiet location close to old town. We had a large, very clean room and could see the mountains from the balcony. Great bathroom and shower. Fantastic breakfast - loads to choose from including fresh fruit salad! Reception and breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Seating in reception/bar area had relaxed, comfortable feel.

Great, trendy hotel.

Nice, new hotel with good rooms and good beds. It has a trendy vibe emphasized by the decoration and the reception/bar doubling which fits with that concept. Centrally located yet still quiet.

Limited parking buf fortunately there are parking garages close by.

One of the best in Riva, Terrace is magnificent!

Terrace with pool and sunbeds is great, the view is stunning and it makes for the luxurious experience. Breakfast was great and worth the price, Very big room, great view from the balcony and always clean and tidy.

I’d say parking is on more expensive side and we couldn’t sleep well as the blanket was too warm and without it too cold. It would help if it was made with natural materials.

It was a very bad stay even though I told the hotel that I was on my honeymoon.

1- The staff's behavior was very bad. 2- The room cleaning service was bad and the timing was bad as well. They only set a time for cleaning in the morning and when the time is up they postpone the cleaning to the next day. This is illogical and does not exist in other hotels nearby and not nearby. 3- The air conditioning was very bad and the hotel had a very bad air conditioning policy, which was that in the morning and peak periods it was at a moderately cold temperature, and in the evening the employees would program the air conditioning through the system according to the room’s coldness, opening and closing it. 4- I also had a problem with the mini fridge in the room. It was not working from the first day of my stay. I have attached a picture of the fridge. I informed them and their response was that the hotel was full and there was no solution. Was this an appropriate response? Note that I have lived in more than one area in Italy and I have never encountered these problems. Please let me know the appropriate compensation for the problems I mentioned in the previous points. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel in the city center

Very stylish rooms, nice roof patio, there is a luggage storage, hotel is in the middle of city center, very close to the beach, staff was really nice.

There is confusion regarding check in time, on booking it was 14.00, in the hotel they said that it is 15.00, same thing with checkout time.

Clean, quiet, convenient location, lovely staff

There’s a rooftop mini pool for relaxing and taking in the view. Also up there is a sauna and shower. You can take your drinks up from the bar in the foyer. Jose is a real asset. He is super friendly, does everything and is knowledgeable about the area.

Loved it.

Very close to the city center. It was comfortable inside and out. Had USB-C plugins by the bed. More more advanced than just plugins.

Parking was tricky upon first drive up. Maybe a sign for temporary parking before going in the garage? Plus I couldn’t get access to my car until 7:00 because it was locked overnight.

Very well placed near the old town. Stylish and modern decor. Amazing rooftop terrace. Staff were very helpful. A great breakfast.

We struggled to find the exact location of the hotel by car and very nearly found ourselves in the restricted area.

Really nice stay in the Riva del Garda.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Garda Lake and downtown, staff is always glad to help. Easy to find, comfortable stay and sound insulation is almost perfect. The lobby is big, room is comfortable, and everything is pretty new. Breakfast is good, can choose anything I want, and most of the drink is self served.

Be careful with the long-chair in the breakfast, one of my friends has fallen in there.

Colazione con grande scelta e prodotti di buona qualità. Posizione della struttura vicinissima al centro e molto comoda per muoversi nella cittadina. Bagno moderno ed accogliente, con tutti i confort.

Siamo stati contenti di tutto, dall'accoglienza fino al giorno della ripartenza. Tutto di ottimo livello e grande gentilezza del personale. Grazie, è stato un piacere soggiornare presso questo Albergo.

Wunderschönes Hotel, tolle Lage, wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage ist super, von dort kann man alles gut in der City erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett Design orientiert und grandios. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr modern. Viele Möbel-Klassiker....wunderbar. Wir waren bei der Ankunft sehr geflasht. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Blick in die Berge.

Das Frühstück ist nach ausbaufähig. Es gab eine gute Auswahl, jedoch liegt der Focus eher auf süß. Es gab auch Brot und Brötchen, aber nur für Frühaufsteher, leider wurde nicht nachgelegt. Das ist aber auch der einzige Punkt der uns nicht zugesagt hat. Aber ich denke da wird es noch Anpassungen geben.

En ensin tajunnut tämän olevan automaattiviesti ja vastasin tähän. Paluuviesti kertoi automaatin lähettäneen viestin. Paikalle saavuttuamme paikkaa tallista ei kuitenkaan ollut saatavilla. Tämä herätti ihmetystä, koska viesti kertoi paikan odottavan meitä. Henkilökunta neuvoi auliisti lähimmät julkiset parkkipaikat. Sinänsä mitään vahinkoa ei tapahtunut, mutta ehkä kannattasi miettiä tämän kaltaisen viestin sisältöä uudelleen.
