There was dust on bedsheet and on furniture

My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet when I exited the pool. It was anything but a relaxing experience. I understand families with children want to play, but even one hour in the evening of peaceful time would be so helpful.

The hotel itself is lovely in a beautiful setting with very friendly staff and great facilities. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety and but slightly limited for milk allergy and/or vegetarians is you want savoury. The rooms are large and comfortable with amazing views. The beds are comfortable but some of the decor is a bit chipped and the rooms are not at all soundproofed. We had to listen to our neighbours having loud sex all night. Rooms were also

The hotel property is gorgeous! The most basic room is very basic, but AC worked well and the shower was good quality. Beware of the half board (breakfast and dinner) - they did not explain to me what was and wasn’t included when I arrived, and I was charged for a dinner on site. They were not helpful with reimbursing or understanding the situation to make it right. It was disappointing. If I were to do it again; I’d only do breakfast included.

Du Lac et Du Parc is a wonderful resort in Riva del Garda. The spacious grounds include two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a gym, and more. There are three restaurants, and a fantastic breakfast is included. The property ends just feet from a stone beach, where you can relax or get in the water. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the heart of the old town of Riva. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I can’t rate Du Lac highly enough.

Amazing property. Swam in the lake every day. The gardens at this resort are the closest you’ll get to heaven on earth. So beautiful. Great cocktails at Molo 44.

Staff and management were extremely rude, simply out to get money. Was of no help and offered no accommodations after serious matters and issues arose. Very poor experience, especially for the price of the property. I do not recommend at all.

A truly beautiful resort, with excellent facilities. The pools are great - plenty of sunbeds, beautiful setting, well serviced (but not heated) - fantastic food and drinks and well equipped, very comfortable rooms. We have stayed in and out of season and, out of season, the service has been exceptional. During our most recent in season stay, the staff remain friendly but are much less attentive and this can result in very long waits for dinner, drinks etc. No irons provided in room and the irons in the laundry unit were not fit for purpose (could barely get them hot). I did notice late into my stay however that there is a paid for ironing service available which we didnt use.

We were informed that we were going to be given an upgrade to a Suite on arrival, it was in the adjoining building. When we got in to the room it was really nice but no shower and had only a bath. They put us into our original room as we required a shower.
