A lovely comfy place to stay within walking distance of the lake

A very well presented, clean and comfy bedroom. The bed was very comfy, and the shower was great. It’s a very quiet area that is 5min walk from the lake. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of selection. They had parking for guests which was very useful.

The window between the main bedroom and the shower was a bit rogue but not a massive issue.

A great option for a stay in Riva

Really friendly staff. The room was comfortable and modern with a large bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. A wonderful assortment of different foods. A pleasant garden to relax in. Parking on site. Conveniently located near a big supermarket and about a 20 minute walk to town. Would definitely return.

Warm welcome and excellent service throughout

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and professional welcome. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and made us feel truly taken care of. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – delicious, varied, and beautifully served. Overall, a fantastic stay with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!

Ideal situated great parking good breakfast

Liked the location walking distance to the town and attractions breakfast was really nice free gated parking

The pillows were uncomfortable but when mentioned to reception they said they were he to be replaced. Also there was very noisy construction work going on next to the hotel.

This is a very modern and cozy hotel not far from the lake. The breakfast is great, the staff are very nice and helpful, the cleaning team in the mornings was very efficient!

IT was perfect. Very large rooms with balconies, modern furniture. The breakfast was very rich, the fruit tarts were extraordinary, as well as a lot of fresh fruit. Perfect bike box, with the possibility of loading bikes, washing them and security systems during the night. It fully fitted, an excellent choice for a stay at Riva. Thank you.

Exceeded expectations and really good value

The whole hotel was decorated to a really high standard. The room was really nice, it had everything we needed and was really clean. The balcony was a lovely extra we were not expecting.

There wasn’t a communal place to sit and read a book or soo a coffee. The bar area only had bar stools and dining furniture. Somewhere with a sofa or other comfy chair inside would have made this stay perfect.

The hotel is brand new, rooms are very comfortable, we liked everything. Also, we were suprised by breakfast: there were many options with everything you might want, which is not so typical for italian b&bs. We would like to come back.

Nice, modern hotel with all comforts (lift, parking, etc.) in a quite neighborhood not far from city center. Room clean, very cozy and well equipped (kettle, fridge, laundry service...) Breakfast is super rich and delicious! Polite, friendly staff. Highly recommended!
