Wonderful trip, made easy staying in this well equipped apartment

Spotlessly clean and mostly brand new. Easy to access with great secure parking. Lovely roof terrace and welcoming helpful staff.

It would have been great to have laundry facilities as we were there for a week and had to hand wash swimming costumes etc.

A fantastic apartment in a convenient location for all amenities.

We liked everything about this property! The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Valentina could not have been more helpful, giving us lots of information about the local area. The location of the property is ideal being a few minutes walk from the lake front, restaurants and shops. The bus stop is adjacent to the property.

Super amazing stay!

The whole building is extremely well thought and built with high quality materials and attention to details. Everything is brand new and super clean. The size of the balcony is amazing. Valentina is the one who checks you in and she is the most amazing attentive person who guides you through all the steps, including how to park your car via the car lift (yes it goes on the lift to go to the basement). Most definitely coming back next year!

Glad we stayed here

It's all brand new, 11 apartments. Google streetview hasn't caught up yet! The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with a large balcony, plenty of room for 4. Theres a rooftop terrace that gives great views of the lake, mountains and Riva, although I think it's still being finished. Underground carpark (access via lift, space for about 6/7 medium sized cars) meant no searching.and paying for parking in the resort which is a blessing as it can be busy. Possibly room for a couple of larger cars at the side of the property. 3 mins walk from beach and a pleasant stroll into old Riva. It's on a main.road through the quieter end of Riva but we weren't bothered by any road noise. Beds firm but comfy. Smart tv's in each room. Lift access.to.all floors.and spacious layout meant in would be suitable for wheelchair users providing the chair dimensions fit in the small lift. When we needed extra supplies for the bathroom they were delivered quickly and no fuss by the friendly staff. The large walk in shower, would be ok for a limited mobility user and all toiletries were provided. There's plenty of clothes storage space in the main room, shelves and lots of hangars. All the kitchen products (sponges, bags, cloths, liquid, dishwasher tabs) are provided under the sink. The living area had sliding doors into the balcony,, main bedroom has door onto same balcony. We had a side view of.the lake to the right and mountains to the left, but other apartments on the upper floor would have a straight on view of the lake. It's a a few minutes walk to a well stocked supermarket. Our balcony had direct sun in the morning till noon. The potent aircon was good at keeping the rooms cool when it was 36 degrees outside! Would definitely recommend if staying in Riva.

No storage space in the 2nd bedroom, a set of drawers would be handy, or some rails with hangars. To capitalise on the morning sun it would be nice to have sun loungers as well at the chairs on the balcony.

Jauni,skaisti apartamenti ar lielisku skatu! Ērtas gultas,viss tīrs ,balti dvieļi. Virtuvē viss nepieciešamais. Līdz Riva del Garda centram ar kājām pastaiga gar ezeru vai pa centrālo ielu 20 min. Automašīnai bezmaksas stāvieta garāžā zem mājas. Restorāni un veikali ir visapkārt.

Perfect stay by Lake Garda

Great location – very close to the lake, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and spacious. Excellent communication with the host – quick and helpful. We were all very happy with our stay. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended

Schöne Wohnung, schöne Lage - gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet, der Parkplatz praktisch, aber der Aufzug für das Auto ist etwas gewöhnungsbeürftig. Insgesamt passen Preis und Leistung aber sehr gut. Wir würden wieder kommen

Es gibt zu wenig Stauraum. Sowohl der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer, als auch das Badezimmer bieten kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung und Kosmetik unterzubringen. Eine Kommode im Schlafzimmer und ein Unterschrank/Regal im Badezimmer wäre notwendig.

Zlokalizowany przy samej bardzo ruchliwej drodze, co uniemożliwia komfortowe korzystanie z tarasu. Wymusza zamknięte okna w zasadzie cały czas. Hałas utrudnia zasypianie.

Metraż , duża przestrzenna sypialnia, bardzo ładna łazienka z obszerną kabiną prysznicową,wygodne łóżko , duże,komfortowo urządzone pomieszczenia, klimatyzacja i parking pod mieszkaniem...czego chcieć więcej...i oczywiście kuchnia z pełnym wyposarzeniem i dwa duże tarasy,z czego jeden z pięknym widokiem. Mieszkanie czyste,ładnie przygotowane dla gości, dobry kontakt z właścicielem i bezproblemowy meldunek.

Skvělé místo

Atmosféra a styl hotelu. Vybavení apartmánu. Skvělé pohodlné vysoké postele. Vše čisté a voňavé. Klimatizace byla plně funkční a tichá. Pláž 10 minut od hotelu.

Nic, co by jsme nevěděli předem. Hotel stojí u hlavní silnice. Ale i v přízemí se dalo sedět večer venku, hluk je tlumen živým plotem.

Schöne, saubere Wohnungen in praktischer Lage

Die Kommunikation mit Valentina im Vorfeld hat super funktioniert und der Check-In hat reibungslos geklappt, obwohl wir uns verspätet haben- vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnungen, die wir gebucht hatten, waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Das kleine Willkommenspaket mit Spülschwamm etc ist nett und gut durchdacht! Man ist schnell am See, Einkaufszentrum ist in Laufnähe. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, die alle Bewohner nutzen können, auch wenn die Aussicht aus der eigenen Wohnung nicht ganz so schön ist (manche Wohnungen haben einen Seitenbalkon zur Straße ohne Seeblick).

In der Erdgeschoss-Wohnung bzw. auf der Terrasse war der Straßenlärm sehr laut, aber das liegt einfach an der Lage. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte noch etwas üppiger sein, es gibt z.B. keine Frühstücksteller, keine Parmesanreibe, keinen Milchaufschäumer und nur einen Kochlöffel.

الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة ومجهزة كانت في الدور الارضي فيها بلكونة خاصة. وقريبة جدا من ممشى البحيرة. تبعد عن سنتر المدينة 20 دقيقة مشياً

Mycket fräscht och modernt boende ett stenkast från sjön. Bra utrustat och väldigt vänligt mottagande. Det fanns ingen tvättmaskin men vi fick tvätta en maskin i på hotellet. Låg lite utanför stadskärnan men promenaden dit utmed sjön var så vacker att det inte gjorde något. Det tog ca 20 min att gå.

Neue, moderne Wohnung. Super Service. Schöne Dachterrasse. Blick auf Gardasee und Berge. In 400m am See, in 20min zu Fuß in Riva Altstadt und auch in Torbole. Nächste Gelateria, Fahrradverleih, Supermarkt in drei Minuten zu Fuß.

Direkt an der Hauptstraße, dadurch bei offenem Fenster Straßenlärm nicht zu vermeiden.
