An excellent hotel in prime condition with a lovely spa! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had though I would have hoped for vegan options. But plus points for the fresh orange juice and the prosecco :) My fiance loved the omelette station. The spa was wonderful, even though the 10€ price came as a suprise. But we paid it happily as it was worth it for a rainy day. The hotel is located quite far from the old town of Riva del Garda, but walkable. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was good. Only minus of the very poorly soundproofed door. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water). Would stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel for our honeymoon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Two minor complaints. We had difficulty keeping the air conditioner running. It would often turn off before reaching our desired temperature. As a result it was sometimes too warm in the room. We also had house keeping come into the room on two occasions despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Room size of the suite room was adequate. Had some issues with the placement of power points, none next to the room. Location was excellent right in the heart of the things with best gelato in Riva Del Garda and best shopping and eateries, lake side within 5 mins walking. Breakfast was good but on the last day staff at the live egg counter was missing. At 6:30 am no one answers the phone at the reception or housekeeping if you need something like fresh towels.

Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Very nice room, with a little lake view and balcony, overlooking the nice and quiet garden with a clean and beautiful pool. Easy access to the lake and the area has good restaurants and lots of activities. Wi-Fi was not so good in the room. We are planning to come back to this lovely hotel!

Great hotel, and great rooms! I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Riva del Garda. Close to the beach and a nice walk to the city center. Of course clean, and everything was in order. Great spa and really, really welcoming and helpful staff - both in restaurant and reception. And wow what a breakfast! Best breakfast I have ever had at hotel! Better than other +4 star hotels I have staid at (ie Hilton etc.).

Parc Flora Hotel is my new favorite place to stay in Riva del Garda. Check-in was the easiest I have experienced, being completed in only a few mins. The hotel itself is a beautiful building and my room was very clean and comfortable, with exceptional views. I stayed in a suite equipped with a sauna and it was great feature to have. I also received a complimentary bottle of spumante, and the initial stocking of minibar was included in the price of the room, which is a unique service I greatly appreciated. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and despite being located in a busy corner of Riva, you feel like you're at a private escape while relaxing in the gardens. The hotel is co-located with the excellent Bar Flora Gelateria, and only a 2 mins walk from the lakefront.
