Good location and comfy room

Close to lots of shops and restaurants, secure parking available. Easy to find and room had everything we needed for 1 night stay.

Molding ceiling with dangerous breakfast

The hotel breakfast had a poster displaying the top alergens when i queyed with the staff if some of the food contained one of the alergens using their own poster, i was met with 'i dont understand i dont understand'. If you have the poster train your staff

Great over night stay when travelling further South

The rooms were very basic but perfect for a sleep over. No brew kit in your room but there is items in the foyer. Bus stop right outside the hotel to visit the centre of Rouen. Secure parking round the back of the hotel if required at no extra cost. Pizzas were great from the small bar.

Good place to stay in

The breakfast was very good, as always in Ibis. I met 2 receptionists during this stay : the first one was exceptionally friendly.

The pillow was not confortable, so I had had a problem with a neck for a couple of days. But it’s just me, I prefer totally different pillows. The facilities are quite old, but they work, so it’s fine.

Room very basic but reasonably clean but not hugely comfortable. It was inexpensive however.

Exceptional

We checked-in early morning at around 2 am but the it was very smooth. The rooms were good, clean, and comfortable. Morning breakfast was really good, had a lot of options. Nayeem was the person we met at the reception and he was really helpful. He gave us tips on which places to visit and how to travel within the city.

A bargain offer for a family with a breakfast offer to set you up for the day.

We booked the budget Ibis as arriving at 2am and leaving early to continue our journey. Room was basic but clean and shower was hot. Getting up to leave we found ourselved delayed by an excellent breakfast! Great fruit salad with fresh pinapple and mango, yogurt, cereals, cheese, meats and croissants, french bread, pancakes and maple syrup, perfect soft boiled eggs in your egg machine - our quick "grab a snack and lets be off" turned into a lovely lets sit and eat a proper breakfast. Then while using the toilet we saw the games chill out area which would have been great if we had children with us. Staff were friendly and polite even at 2am!

Room quite noisy, shower head was broken, toilet not clean. Value for money in my opinion not good, it was the cheapest I found but would still expect a bit more for 60€

Exceptional

I was.there because of a Concert in the zenith which was right in the opposite. I had a very early check out and was lost because tram and bus had no service because of the ongoing marathon. The receptionist was absolutely helpful and saved my day by ordering a taxi which was kinda impossible at 6:40 but with his help I reached my flixbus a few minutes before due time. So he saved me.

Good overnight stay at a reasonable price.

We have stayed at this hotel previously. It is reasonably priced and a relatively short drive from Calais so good for travelling in Northern France. Even though these are budget rooms we get a good night's sleep with 2 adults and 2 dogs in the room. We expect to use the hotel again in the future.

i left my ipad in the room which they said they didn't find, which left a sour note in my stay as i am sure i left it there. but oh well. the reception staff did reply to my email/call.

Horrendous check in as it shares reception with ibis styles next door, piece of paper stuck on door in French only telling you to go next door OK if you speak French, lady on reception couldn't sell me a water from bar because I hadn't French covid pass, I didn't need to enter bar it's in reception where I was stood, terrible really covid gone mad there I hadask she didn't
