Location was great and the room was clean and comfortable

The room we were given had not been cleaned however this was immediately rectified.

We have stayed many times and look forward to staying again

Very clean, efficient hotel, nice atmosphere - very convenient location. Check in was quick and personable. Rooms good size, bathroom too. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine; hot coffee, cold juice, and plenty to make a good simple meal given the modest price. The dining room is a nice place to have breakfast. If travelling with a dog this hotel is very well set up for it - rooms are big enough, the staff are super familiar with them coming and going, and there is easy walking, directly from the hotel front door, into the woods a few minutes away. If heading north on the peage, this hotel is ideal for an overnight stop. If heading south, less so, as you need to head through town to reach it - but we still do that because we enjoy staying here.

Very modern place, basic but comfortable for a short stay. Good location not fsr from the autoroute wuth secure parking and very helpful, friendly staff.

I would have liked a water kettle in the room to make a cup of tea.

Handy location for buses in to the centre of Rouen

The hotel was located near to a bus terminus, this took us into the centre of Rouen. Breakfast had a good variety of food stuffs.

Location good as used as a stopover for 1 night on our holiday. Some lovely bars and restaurants nearby.

Great budget price and more than adequate stay.

The location and price was great. The room size and bed configuration for a family was very good. The breakfast was very reasonable for the cost and staff very pleasant.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Guess it is budget price but even in the cheapest UK hotels there are hot drink facilities. Under the beds could have done with a vacuum. Not dirty but not as clean as it could have been.

A good hotel for a stop over

We spent one night at the hotel on our way back to the Netherlands. The location is very handy for a stop over and very quiet for a good night sleep before getting on the road. We really like the fact that the family room was really spacious and my 2 kids each had a small bed. We went for dinner at the restaurant at the hotel next door, which were we stayed on our way to France. Breakfast had everything you need not less not more, which was ok for us. I would recommend this hotel for a stop over.

Comfortabel bed but the amenities are not great

The bed was comfortabel and there was enough space. We could check in in the evening which was nice.

The fire alarm went off in the morning but there wasn’t any staff that directed the people or told them what was wrong. They should improve this. The shower also didn’t get warm.

Would've been nice to have a better selection (more variety) for the breakfast. They shouldn't charge a breakfast fee for under 4-5 years old, as they rarely consume stuff.

Great locatiin

The hotel is in a good location, south of Rouen so it is easy to join the motorway next morning without having to go through Rouen. There is a secure car park. Next door to the hotel are 2 very good restaurants. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly.

We didn't have a good sleep as there was a marital tiff going on upstairs with screaming, yelling, kids crying, but that had nothing to do with the hotel. We have stayed there before and it was very quiet, so next time will be quiet as well, I'm sure.

5th floor room when I requested ground floor as travelling with dogs. No info about WiFi on check in. No facility to make a hot drink. Car park full and no alternative given.

Very nice stay

I liked that we were welcome with 3 dogs in the room, which we left clean as wel of course. The location was on walking distance from the expo. There was nice walking possibility next to the hotel. The parking was easy.

Perfect hotel and location for short stay with family and dog!

We often stop over in Rouen on our way from Channel tunnel down to visit family in Dordogne, but this was our first stay at ACE hotel in Parc des Expo - perfect for our needs as family with dog. We had a 4 person room with large double and 2 full size single beds for our 2 adult children - spacious, clean and comfortable - quiet room overlooking trees. Parc des Expo is beautifully developed with paths and woodland so we could walk our dog safely after long day travelling. Mix of businesses and hotels - 2 good restaurants just 2 minute walk away. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was well spread out over time so not crowded, and lots of fresh bread and pastries kept well topped up. We stayed here again on our return journey and will definitely be back!
