Great hotel in a convenient location. Good value and a good breakfast. Only issue were the showers, which went hot and cold at random.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is because it is the closest to the Rouen Parc d'exposition. We had booked six rooms for a classic car show weekend for three nights. The rooms are the smallest that it's possible to fit a double bed into, althought the aircon is good and everything is pretty new. The big let down is the breakfast service. When you are exhibiting at a show you need to get up, shower, have breakfast and go. On all three mornings the breakfast service was terrible. The staff seemed to be hiding out back and not replenishing things. When we arrived in the breakfast room, there was no coffee, no apple juice, no butter, baggettes and no bread. I had to go to the reception three times and it was still 15 minutes before the coffee machines were replenished. This simply isn't good enough and it's their loss : next year we will be needing 20 rooms and we will be staying elsewhere.

We accidentally booked the wrong day - expedia were helpful but the hotel refused to move the booking to the next day and wound not offer exchange to another ibis or even partial refund. Poor customer service and management.

The hotel was simple but clean and good. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Rooms were small but I thought the value to price ratio was good. We paid very little which is what I was looking for.

Lovely hotel, nice and relaxing. Local area leaves a bit to be desired, but perfect if you dont mind a little drive to the nice parts or as a stop off on a long journey.

I chose this hotel for an easy comfortable night away from stress. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. But it was very hot and noisy, and the building is shabby. There was no fan in the room and the lobby was very hot. Apparently the manager left for the weekend and turned off the ac. The doors close loudly and the walls are very thin.

Next to macdonalds and a hypermarket. Ideally situated outside the town. Easy to find on Satnav ideal overnighter much cheaper if you book well in advance. If you really want to go cheap there is a Ibis basic next door

Just one night at the Ibis Rouen and didnt use any facilities as no meals taken. Pleasant enough hotel, room comfortable but seemed to be an enormous bed in a small room! However room facilities fine, flat screen TV (not used) and some storage shelving etc. Decent size bathroom for a short stay. Quiet room at end of corridor but strong smell of smoke in corridor on arrival despite being non smoking area. To be fair, the odour had gone in the morning. Ample parking available outside but the grounds looked somewhat unkempt. The place almost looked closed from some views.
