Excellent staff and easy check in, room was very comptable with clean bedding and great shower ( Ibis styles ) breakfast was plentiful, great choices . Easy access out of Rouen and up to Dieppe. Would recommend ! Easy straight walk about 15 mins into old town.

Secure parking is great and a lovely welcome. Delighted to find we could buy a drink and some basic snack food (great pizza). Lovely communal area, stylish and plenty of space. Good size room, basic but comfortable. I didn’t realise the rooms don’t have a kettle, cups etc … sadly, in our room the hair drier was missing, the phone didn’t work, which was important as we couldn’t speak to reception when the shower flooded because the drain was blocked. Breakfast was ok but one of the two coffee machines broke so big queues. Reception was busy when we left so not convinced they took on board what we told them. Undecided if we would book again.

This is a lovely hotel in a poor location. It is on the south side of the river and while we were told the area is safe we didn't feel that way. We would not have felt safe walking around at night. There are a number of takeaways about a 5 minute walk but for nice restaurants you need to go to the north side of the city. We stayed at the styles part of the hotel and it was fab. Very clean, quiet and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and good quality local produce.

I’ve stayed here a few times on visits to wedding venues in France. It’s exactly what you need, clean, easy and with a very safe underground car park. We will be back to France a lot and always use the same place when we need an over night stop.

Good for an overnight stop. In suburbs but close to public transport. Supermarkets and cafes nearby. Best find was the Chinese/Asian restaurant which was excellent. Would stay again if I am traveling via Rouen again.

The hotel is new, the room was quiet and specious, very nice reception area with plenty of space to meet people. I did not have much expectation for Ibis hotel, but this one was excellent. Exceptional breakfast! Very good and easy connection with city center. Compared to Ibis in city center this one is much much better.

The hotel is good for its price. Clean and comfortable room size. We had interconnecting rooms since we were a family, very convenient. Staff was nice except that one receptionist had limited english knowledge. Only drawback of hotel is that the hotel does not have a restaurant, though you can have a few snacks in the lobby area. Parking convenient too within hotel grounds.

We stayed here on a visit to Rouen. It was easy to find and there was a safe place to park the car. It was about a 25 minute walk to town but a tram stop was close by. Hotel was new with some great decor especially the Seletti monkey lamps. Bed was comfy, we faced the road but the windows kept out the noise of the street

This was a stop-over in Rouen and exactly what I expected. 2 rooms for the 4 of us, interconnecting, great price. Recently decorated or built, functional hotel for a quick stop. The lounge areas were trendy,with comfortable seating, looked very clean amd Instagrammable as my daughter would say!I have stayed in far more expensive hotels that have made less effort with their communal spaces. Rooms were basic but beds were comfortable and towels were good, as expected. Love the chipboard effect on the walls. Buffet breakfast was delicious, and the girls loved it. The staff were very friendly.
