Stefan the night port made my family pizza and got drink even though the kitchen was closed. We got there late, because of delays and it saved me a lot of trouble.

Staff not ver helpful and car park not good.

About the property we liked the room, very comfortable and clean. We also liked the breakfast, but the room staff or someone else must replace some food, for example it was not bread, no oranges and another things. I realized were some costumers to requested and not the staff to check if everthing was ok and enough for everyone.

Car park, not space for all costumers and at the parking lot exit where you pay, the cement base should have protection or be arranged differently. The base shouldn't have corners like that because I noticed that many people hit it with their wheels and damage them. My car is English, and I tried to get closer to swipe my card in the machine, but I hit the cement with tyre and got damaged and after a while was flat. At the reception, I asked for help, because it was Saturday night and if they could help me find someone to repair or change the tyre. The answer was, "Oh no, I don't know," wasn't very helpful. I found a company that does emergency services on my own, and they came to change my tire from around 0h30am until almost 2:00 a.m.

Amazing hotel with the most wonderful staff

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in..not only is the quality of the hotel amazing for the price, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and clean, enough to do in the hotel if you just whant to relax and they are extremely accommodating with dogs which I did not expect. Amazing place, will be returning next year

The only thing that I think could be improved is maybe having food to offer during the evening for people who don't whant to go out..there was only pizza to choose from which was not really a choice.

Value for money

The best thing was the foyer, so spacious, well-designed and lots of activities, as well as plenty of seating. We were there on a Sunday, so things were quiet, but it was still a nice atmosphere. We were in a budget room, so fairly small and functional, but expected for the price.

Call for better noise control

The room had a lot of shelves to place your things. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had bread, croissants, cakes etc., meat slices and cheeses, and jams. There was also juice and coffee/tee. There are several bus lines going to the city centre and old town, the closest bus stops 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel. There is Carrefour some 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Our room was nearby the lift, and the lift did very disturbing and totally unnecessary beeping whenever it arrives. It could be heard in the room all the time. Also, the window soundproofing wasn't great, and the hotel is right by the street, so the car noise was to be heard.

Our car window was smashed and our stuff stolen in the hotel car park. Staff were really helpful and nice afterwards, but the whole thing made us feel quite unsafe in the area. Area also has very few restaurants etc.

I would have like to be able to change the temperature in the room which was controlled centrally at 20 degrees. Optimum temperature for sleep is 16-18 degrees. Wider range of beer.
