Always check if they sent you the code before heading to the place

They didn’t sent a code, and there is no one at reception. Nobody picked up phone call. We then drove and booked somewhere else. Still they charged the booking.

Ideal stop off, good value, convenient

It's a perfect stop off we've stayed at several times en route West. The beds are comfy, rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is just right for 4 very different tastes. Staff are welcoming, parking is free.

Placement of the TV on the wall meant 2 of us bumped into it. A minor point.

There is nowhere to sit in the rooms, other than the bed, shower is cramped. But it is a cheap budget hotel, and it does what it stays on the tin very well.

Ideal stay for 1 night close to city centre

Room was spot on for what we needed, close to city centre with free secure parking. Room was clean, towels and shower gel provided.

The self checkin process was a little confusing and no members of staff to talk to. I was hoping to pay cash on arrival, however the machine only allowed card payment which I will get transaction fees on.

Clean and bright well worth the money we were apprehensive of booking a 2 star ibis (no offence) but if your reading this thinking of booking do it it’s small but effective

The reception wasn’t manned making check in not very explanatory as the printer wasn’t working and no one was answering the emergency number luckily another guest told us what to do and I had taken a picture of the hotel room and codes This didn’t effect our stay just a side note
