Brilliant hosts, great location, comfy beds, exceptionally clean.
Shower had really poor water pressure and toilet was extremely loud when flushed as it had a macerator.

The owner Chris was so friendly and welcoming and issued us with parking permits for our stay . We managed to find parking opposite , next to the stunning Valley gardens . The room and bathroom was clean and immaculate. We had fresh flowers and fruit in the room as well as welcome tray .
Only one thing was in this unusual heatwave the room was very hot and could do with a blind but we had a fan in the room .
