Good choice for a family weekend

Good level of services and close to the slope. In addition, great the play room for kids. We appreciated the restaurant and the offer. Good the breakfast, but I would have liked a bit more choice, like little croissant or chocolate cakes, or with fruit. Very good parking space and possibility to use also during the departure day

For families with small kids, we opt for a room with a single bed. It would be great if they would provide some side protections, to avoid the kids falling down during the night

Excellent location - you can either ski in/out directly from the hotel to the nearby drag lift and then ski across to the main chairlift, or walk 5 minutes (uphill) to a main chairlift. The car park of the main chairlift is directly outside the hotel (that’s how close it is). We had the 2 bedroom sharing suite as a group of 4 and it was excellent - it had a mini kitchen for coffee and storing of cold food and drinks (in the fridge) and also a lounge area where we could watch TV together in the evenings. The suite also gave us free access to the wellness suite allowing us to have saunas everyday (as well as the jacuzzi bath in the room) which was lovely after a long day of skiing. The wellness suite is very clean and we had to ourselves the whole week. Also excellent staff - they let us check out late on the last day (5pm) at a cost and heated the sauna ready for us at 17:30 everyday. Very friendly and welcoming. The free parking is also ideal. We had a hire car as were meeting friends in a nearby town and also used it to drive down the mountain to the bigger shops (about 15 min drive) to get a cheaper dinner.

It was a great stay

Food was excellent and varied .They catered very well for my Gluten and dairy intolerance .The staff were very helpful and friendly . A great ski in ski out location . I would book again

Very nice family run hotel 3 min walk from the gondola. Clean and comfortable room, comfy beds, bathroom very clean. Nice lobby area. Easy check in. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Excellent breakfast - great variety, fresh food, tasty freshly baked bread, home made jams, good coffee. All in all we loved our short stay.

A mirror in the room would be nice. There was only a small one in the bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

Friendly, generous staff at a small, comfortable hotel right on the slopes. Happy with our choice.

We had an unexpected emergency come up and had to leave after just being there one night of a three-night stay. Our daughter got sick very quickly and we needed to get her medical care. The staff was so helpful and understanding. Even though the booking was non-refundable, they did not charge us for the remainder of the trip OR the night we were there. It was incredibly generous and thoughtful. This is the type of place where I will return again and again to support. They are good people. As to our actual stay, the room was very generously sized, clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. The location is second to none. Right at the slopes and across the street from the gondola. There was also a large, communal kids room with lots of toys, art supplies, and games. We wish we could have stayed for the rest of our booking!

Excellent stay with great experience

It has perfect location and cute interior design. All staff were friendly, nice and helpful. Everything was organised considerately (e.g. ski-storage, ski-gear renting discount etc.). Enquires were responded efficiently. A family room with bunk bed and twin bed was kindly arranged as we requested for separate beds. Dessert of the evening was particularly amazing:)

The location was perfect for skiing, very close to skiing slopes. Not a very big hotel, however very convenient to stay with kids who are learning ski. Breakfast was OK (not a lot of options, but enough options).

We stayed in one of the rooms on the 3 floor, and sound insulation was not good enough (noise from the next room).

Der weg zur Ski Piste war Super Ohne problem schon vor dem Eintscheggen durfte Parkieren. Rezeption war sehr Freundlich

Service Personal, machte sogar bei meinem Kind 8Jahre den Eindruck keine Lust zum Arbeiten. Überall könnte wiedermal Staub gewischt werden: im Restaurant, im Aufenthaltsraum, im Keller auf der Toilette, sogar die Handpapiermaschiene war dev. daher konnte man die Hände nicht Drocknen was sehrwarscheindlich dazu führte dass man dachte diese Toiletten werden nicht gebraucht und durch das auch nicht überaus Sauber war der Boden….. Erst im Hotel erfährt man das wen man bei ihnen zu Nacht essen möchte dies bis 12:00mittags machen muss…. Aber eine Auswahl gibt es nicht sondern nur ein 5gang Menue…..

Ausgezeichnete Küche Da wie selber Gastronomen sind wissen wir von was wir reden. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen um eine Auszeit zu nehmen und gut Essen. Wir gehen wieder

Das Personal war nett und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Es hat ein grosses Spielzimmer,einen Tischtennistisch und einen Billiardtisch.

Leider keinen Lift. Das die Sauna extra kostet für den teuren Preis.

Schöne Lage, freundliche Rezeption

Schön gelegenes Hotel, gemütliche Zimmer, Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Leider wurde das WC Papier nicht nachgefüllt, wir mussten uns eine Rolle in der Toilette im Erdgeschoss holen. Da war danach aber auch keine Reserve mehr. Pro Zimmer wäre eine neue Rolle nebst der in der Halterung schon zu erwarten.
