The code to enter was not a hassle to obtain. We were sent the necessary links during the morning and had the code shortly after.
The woman who greeted us was friendly and helpful.
The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the staff made the sofa comfortable for one of us to sleep without having to ask.
Breakfast buffet was good even though there were barely any other guests in the hotel.
Well kept accommodation.
The second floor was a bit annoying to reach with the elevator, the door didn't unlock from outside.
The door to the bathroom should be replaced with a wooden door so that the light from the bathroom doesn't bother people sleeping in the room.

Beautiful views from the restaurant, nice and fresh breakfast. Very close to the train station.
The common bathroom could have some shampoo and some floor towels.
Room from the road side and parking was a bit noisy.

Breakfast was tasty with great coffee. View of the lake from room balcony lovely.
Expensive for what we got. Triple room, but the third bed was a fold out couch in the kitchen area. Check in with key code very impersonal and took a little time to figure out.
