We loved this property! We loved the rustic interior and our room was so cute and we were so happy to have our own private shower. We had an awesome view of the lake out our room window, they supplied beach towels in addition to the bath towels. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable! We’d come back again! It was one of our favourite night stays in Switzerland. We also loved we were only a couple minute walk to a public beach area with a dock and lunch/snack options!
Only thing was we had to leave early and I forgot to ask on check in how to check out outside their hours of operation. But that’s more my fault, not theirs! They were efficient with replying to my email in regard to this once in business hours :)

We had an amazing lake and Mountain View from our room.
Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre of the small town of Weesen. There is a bus stop 300m away with 2 buses per hour.
Hotel has a private garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. Beach towels are provided.
Being out of town, it is quiet and peaceful.
Unfortunately we stayed over on Sunday evening when the restaurant is closed, so we are unable to comment on the meals.
I wish we had taken insect repellant with us as we were bothered by mosquitoes and midges during the night. Maybe the hotel could provide plug-in repellant devices?
