Gasthaus Gemsli - an absolute gem close to the Säntis

Both the room and bathroom were spacious, modern, spotless and had windows. The bed was comfortable, with nearby usb and normal plug sockets. Wifi was quick. Rösti for dinner was delicious, and the breakfast produce was fresh and tasty. Quiet, despite its central location. Free parking in front. Warm welcome from friendly owners. I would happily return!

Gemsli is a Gem!

The rooms are newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. Large bathroom and shower. Bright rooms in the daytime. A large desk and sofa complete the room. Free parking in front of the property. A fantastic breakfast is served in the downstairs restaurant. And dinners a la carte on their terrace were delicious. Best of all is the Bleiker family who run the Gasthaus - they are very friendly and make you feel most welcome.

L'accueil, le calme de la chambre, l'emplacement de l'hôtel pas trop loin du centre du village et de la gare, le petit déjeuner varié et très bien présenté, le repas du soir simple et très bon.

La hauteur du lit, un petit peu bas pour se lever du lit, pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, mais possibilité de demander une tasse de thé au restaurant

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub im Gasthof Gemsli und in Nesslau sehr genossen.

Die Wirtin war sehr nett und freundlich und hat am Abend für die Hausgäste noch warme Mahlzeiten zubereitet, auch wenn die Gaststätte offiziell geschlossen war. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es war ruhig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Man konnte mit dem Auto die Seilbahn auf den Berg Säntis gut erreichen. Man konnte aber auch mit der S2 nach St. Gallen und zum Bodensee fahren, wenn das Wetter für Wanderungen nicht geeignet war.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Einfach nur vom feinsten und zwar alles

Super schönes Zimmer, grosszügig und auch das Bad wunderschön. Sehr nette Gastwirtin und sie hat auch selber gekocht . Einfach nur gut. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Kommen sicher wieder.

Top moderne Unterkunft in Nesslau mit äusserst freundlicher Bedienung.

Hervorzuheben ist die sehr grosse Gastfreundschaft. Die Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Essen und Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Herzlichen Dank.

Alles war sehr gut. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Charmante auberge au sein d’un joli village on y retournera avec plaisir!

Couple de patrons attentionnés charmants et adorables. Possibilité de restauration sur place. Le café maison avec plein de crème est à tomber! Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Chambre très propre et confortable. Jolie vue sur le village et la montagne.

Pour moi le lit était trop bas mais par contre très confortable.
