We stayed twice...coming and going from Rome. The first room we had was a double and a single bed. Room was quiet, beds pretty comfy, good shower. The 2nd room was a queen bed...very uncomfortable, hard, bad pillows, not enough bedding ie blankets for a cool night. Room was also noisy. It was a 'garden view room'. Do not recommend.

One miserable night stay to catch the flight the next day

The check-in staff. He was friendly.

We have being traveling to Italy since 2017, have been staying in many places and never experienced so much discomfort in a room. The mattresses were horrible, can’t even said they were hard or soft because it doesn’t even land in those categories, it was a thin mattress almost like an old thin box spring mattress, the other mattress in the room was a bad soft thin imitation twin memory mattress, the pillows were so thin and horrible. The shower floor looks dirty.. not too inviting to take a shower. I booked a garden view but it was not a “garden”, but this review about the garden view is the least of my uncomfortable staying. When you turn the lights on in the bathroom the fan icomes on and is very loud imagine listening to the fan in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. We really didn’t need an elevator but in our stay it wasn’t even working. Can’t review breakfast because we did not stay long enough due to an early flight. I will not recommend this “hotel. It is worst than a motel 8 and not worth what we paid. We couldn’t sleep well at all, so disappointed about this. We will not recommend this hotel. There seemed to be better options at a similar or better price in the area for a one night stop to catch a flight the next morning.

Overpriced for what it offers

Convenient location near Fiumicino and some breakfast bars, but the room was disappointing. The furniture was cheap, one of the chairs was dirty, and it wasn’t soundproof at all.

They also recommended a taxi that charged €30 for a ride of only 4–5 km from the airport.

Very reasonable rate. Close to airport with inexpensive shuttle to FCO terminals. Nice clean room with good air conditioning. Area around hotel has a good number of restaurants and pizza places. Authentic non touristy area close to markets. Front desk staff friendly and helpful Didn’t notice any noise from nearby airport

Staff was very helpful and did their best to make stay better.

Hotel had power outage after rain which ruined my stay. Rooms are tiny and smelled with humidity. This is more like a motel than a hotel.

A good hotel stay close to the airport

This is not a fancy hotel but it was a good place to stay for a night, close to the airport. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and our room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well on a hot day. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was large . There are many lovely restaurants and a grocery store within a short walk. A wonderful Beach is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. We loved the Beach . The water was calm, shallow and warm. With a lovely sandy beach. We went to one of the Beach clubs and rented 2 nice Beach loungers and an umbrella for the afternoon for about $ 20. The beach club had washrooms , showers and food available. It was a fantastic relaxing way to spend the last day of our wonderful but busy trip to Italy. The hotel has a very simple breakfast available with croissants, yogurt, coffee, Tea and juices. We were able to arrange a shuttle at the hotel desk . To the Airport from the hotel for 8 Euro per person.

The hotel is only about a 15 minute drive from the airport but a TAXI cost 35 EURO to the hotel. There is a shuttle service from the airport but it was difficult to find the stop and the schedule at the airport . The Airport shuttle cost 8 to 10 Euro per person.

There were no usb outlets in room ESP since it’s near airport and there are international travelers. It’s a basic and very few outlets in the room Shuttle was very expensive when it says shuttle I assumed it was free they offered to call a cab which ended up being double an Uber or calling cab yourself.
