Amazing and wonderful hosts, really convenient location close to the airport.

Everything went more than well. The hosts were absolutely amazing, very kind and genuinely lovely people. They spoke excellent English and guided me through the entry and check-in procedure with ease. I received maps and google links to the bus stop for the following morning which is literally around the corner and just a few minutes from the airport.

Close to Fiumicino airport. Laneway was quite nice but local area very dirty.

Very close to the airport and can be reached by bus if needed. Owner is very responsive Lots of restaurants within walking distance (about 15-20 minutes) Very quiet

They use natural products to clean. Bed was SO comfortable. The manager was utterly brilliant, really helped us, ordering taxi, giving info, being at the end of WhatsApp. It’s an unusual set up but I liked it. Handy if you have a flight (not the sort of place for a holiday.

Quite hard to work out how to get to the nearby airport but the manager was super helpful.

Great for overnight

Very communicative, easy to find, and close to the airport. I love that it was self self-check-in too. En-suite bathroom. Quite place. I got a good night's rest. The taxi drivers know the location as well, making it very smooth and easy. I would stay here again if I arrive late and leave early again.

The taxi line at the airport was long. I opted for an Uber, but only take it from Terminal 1. The drivers don't go to the official Uber pickup spot. Just a time-saving tip. This is more due to demand and not the establishment. I understand the convenience, I just wish prices were lower. The taxi alone is 20ish Euros for a 5-minute ride. So altogether I paid $120 for the room + $50 for the taxi there and back. $170 for 4 hours of sleep. It was worth it for me because I had to work after getting home.

Only 1.5 miles from airport. Daniele was great about being in touch with check in details and answers to other questions we had.

We arrived on a Friday night and FCO was a zoo. We could not locate a bus to take us to the property and it wound up costing 55euro plus airport fees (around $65 usd) to get to the property. In the Morning when we left it cost one euro each to take the number 8 bus back to the terminal.

It was spotless, it had everything we needed including coffee and a refrigerator for my Medications and the staff were available on call. Also it is located close to a bishop for easy access to the airport, and we checked in without a problem at 11.pm

Comfortable, easy and accessible

5 minutes in the taxi or the bus, very close to bus stop to take you to train station to get into centre of Rome. It was also very clean and the bed was so comfortable, Daniele had laid out lots of snacks for my arrival! I was a late arrival 00.45am but Daniele have very precise directions for check-in. Felt very safe and good value for money for a female solo traveller ! Thank you Daniele!

Awesome room close to FCO

Great location very close to FCO. Clean,quiet,comfortable and very well appointed room. Loved the coffee/ tea and snacks available in the room!Several restaurants walking distance away.The host was very receptive,friendly and gave me great directions on how to take the local bus from FCO which saved me a lot of money compared to the overpriced taxis. Will absolutely stay again!

The owner was amazing. I got help online with everything that I needed and there was always someone to answer me and help me with everything, not only the staying but traveling and being well with the transportation.

Finding the bus from the airport may not be easy and instead of 1.5€ you may end up paying 30€ for a 6 minute ride.

Considerably good choice for an overnight at Fiumicino

Very close to the airport; even in the midnight it is accessible via taxi ~35 EUR (note, it was late 0AM). Great atmosphere and coziness, reminding a stay in a buddhist temple. Reasonably priced, very clean room and great snacks, tea, coffee ready for your treat.

It's around airport, so the noise might get concerned. It's a nice experience to have for a night, to understand all the local controversies of erecting an airport, though.

The location is great for the passengers who decides to spend a night around the airport neighborhood. Self check in is easy and efficient. The welcome blanket is warm and a surprise for us.

Only one thing is that the hot water needs to flow for about 1 mins to come. However, we had 3 people share a room. There was no hot water while the 3rd one to take a shower.

Friendly and welcoming hotel near the airport.

Staff were amazing and the property is close to the airport. Room was exceptionally clean and we loved the decor. We also appreciated the quiet hours. Staff also sorted out transfer to the airport making our lives easier!

Very sweet acceptance! there were no problems with checkinn, on the contrary - everything went very smoothly. I received a welcome lemon drink, some snacks and a bottle of water in the room. very cozy, AC and Wifi work perfectly, everything is clean. The shuttle service to the airport cost me 25€, at 4am - everything went smoothly and on time. I am very happy I chose this place, high recommendations!
