I loved everything - even though the vegan options wer'nt special, everything was delicious and really well made, the staff was super nice, friendly and informative.

Location and the pool.
1.Bad explanation sent via email on where the shuttle is at the airport - I spent an hour running like a chicken at the airport back and forth searching for their bus stop with a number that was not visible when you go out of the airport , even the staff of the airport did not know what I am talking about. In the end I ordered uber to the hotel . At the check in counter the girl said “well the other guest was able to find the stop” and showed me some piece of paper with someone’s name . Then she showed me printed pictures of the stop saying “it’s even written on the ground”. So dear management: 1. whatever is written on the ground will be covered by a vehicle - a person after an 11 hour flight will not look for a text written on the ground. 2. Add to the description on how to find the shuttle that one needs to cross the road after exiting the airport. The numbers of the stops are simply not visible from the exit. Also add the pictures that the check in counter has printed to the description . Add some sign onto the shuttle.
2. The room was dusty.
