Limpo, novo, confortável e perto de restaurantes. Tem cozinha coletiva. Oferece um cafe da manhã que a gente prepara, com iogurte e frutas. Administração familiar simpática e solicita. Fazem transfer p o aeroporto por preço acessível. Tudo muito bom!

Apart from the accommodation itself and its particularly good location near Fiumicino Airport, as well as the cleanliness, the renovated room with a balcony, and the small pleasant surprises, I was very impressed with the hostess herself. It's the first time I've met such an energetic and friendly host, Frederica, who did from the impossible possible to make our stay unforgettable. Extremely well organized and an absolute professional, Frederica changed her own weekend plans to provide us with transportation to and from Ostia Antica, a place I had always wanted to visit. This exceeded my wildest expectations of getting help with transportation. I highly recommend the accommodation with the best host I have ever met.
