Easy to check in and check out, the property was clean, the room was small, but everything needed was there
Good value for price
Shuttle transportation to the airport is $36 which is a bit expensive for less than 3 3 miles trip, but they’re available for very early morning flight

The room was spacious, the staff seemed nice, and there were no problems with noise. Towels and sample-size soaps were provided. For smokers, there was a balcony accessible at all times. After check-in, there also wasn't a curfew, and the hotel and room was easy to enter via code and card. Check-out was as easy as putting the card in a mailbox. The asian restaurant a few meters away was amazing and affordable, too.
Getting to the location was a bit of a hassle, especially for first-time visitors. The vending machine didn't seem to work. Wasn't a big fan of the bedsheets.

We stayed just 1 night for a layover. Good communication with property and customer service, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Close proximity to the airport and airport transportation service (with a service charge.) Very reasonable prices, a good value. Fast internet. Restaurants and morning cafe within a sort walking distance from the hotel. Perfect for a short stay.
They do not have scheduled shuttle service and although it is easy to arrange the transportation back to the airport from the hotel, it was difficult upon arrival to arrange service as you are given a
number to call and the transfer is not always available. We had to scramble to get an Uber that never showed and overpaid for a taxi. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport and they charge 25 Euro flat rate for that short ride. The taxi services do not want to use the meter because it is only a few miles away. This of course is no fault of the hotel.

Convenient location close to the airport, WiFi works well, the room was clean, and fair value for the price.
As a disabled guest with a service dog, I experienced significant issues at check-in despite notifying the hotel in advance in writing. Staff demanded I leave my service dog outside on an open balcony (in the rain), asked invasive questions about my medical condition, requested an additional deposit specifically due to my service dog, and attempted to charge 15 euros extra beyond the booking price. I had to advocate firmly for my legal rights.
The staff member later apologized and acknowledged everything went smoothly, but this treatment should never have occurred in the first place. If I hadn't known my rights, I would have been charged unfairly and faced discrimination.
Travelers with service animals should be aware this property may not be properly trained on disability rights and service animal policies.
