I had an unexpected delay leaving Rome and needed to find a place to stay for an additional 2 nights. The staff were very accommodating, very friendly and the price was great. The location is close to the airport and the staff can arrange for a shuttle to the airport in the morning. A continental breakfast with made to order coffees, tea and great service is included each morning.
I thought it would be more of a hotel setting vs a room but it was a great experience none the less. Rooms have a private bathroom and balcony. The last shuttle to the airport is around 10:00am so if you have a later flight you may have to make other arrangements. Check out is 9:30 which is a bit early but you can stay in your room until you catch the shuttle.

Very clean. Excellent location.
Room was a little on the small side but for the price you can’t complain. Overall it was a great stay.

Clean and nice customer service
Although the ad indicated the airport shuttle included, they charged me 8 Euro one-way. Also, I was informed there is no real breakfast and it's limited only to a coffee and croissant.
