It was the perfect last night in Italy.

Airport pick up went flawlessly and did airport drop-off. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. when I am next in the area they will be our preferred accommodations. When you are visiting the area they will take good care of you.

It was a perfect end to our Italian adventure. They were always quick to respond to questions whether by text or by phone.

Potential option for a stay near the airport

Clean and classy rooms. Extra bed for toddler was nice. And most importantly, relatively good breakfast with toasts - not only sweet croissants like elsewhere in Italy.

Our windows were towards the noisy street. Be sure to pack ear plugs. The shuttle service they provided was quite expensive. Uber is cheaper, and bus is an option too.

The location was great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The pillows were a bit hard and the shower a little slippery (could use a mat), but it was very clean and spacious.

High expectations due to ratings— I was disappointed.

It was close to some nice restaurants. It had an elevator, nice little courtyard and luggage storage. Very close to the airport. The room was large and bright— and clean. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked the street— it was quiet at night.

The WiFi only worked for a few minutes— maybe they need to upgrade their WiFi routers?? If we didn’t have cell service, it would have been impossible to check flight status. the staff ignored me when we arrived to check in, I waited for 15 minutes, then had to ask someone. I did give them my arrival notice, and didn’t really expect my room to be ready— but a welcome would have been nice.

Amazing stay near FCO!! clean, comfortable, free parking and elevator!

Perfect stay at the end of our Italy trip! Less than 10 mins to FCO, free parking outside (though busy during the morning and day- may be hard ti find a spot), lovely room, perfectly clean, easiest and friendliest check in I’ve ever had! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again if near FCO! Also elevator to the 3rd floor is clutch!

Good hotel for one night.

The hotel was close to the airport and restaurants.

The ice machine had been turned off and when turned on, only made about 10 cubes at a time. We needed ice for one of our family members who had recent knee surgery. Ended up walking about 4 blocks to buy ice. Also, the front desk was open but there was no one there in the evening or early morning. I ended up calling the hotel and someone did answer although there was no one at the desk.

Wonderful hotel

The hotel was super clean.. Modern decor throughout. Shower was great. Beds comfortable. Great breakfast. The hotel also offered shuttle service to the airport which was very convenient and was priced cheaper than other services. An all round super family business! Would stay again without hesitation!

The owners of the property were so helpful and quick to reply on booking.com messages. The location was close to the airport for that early morning 3am flight we had, and they dropped us off for us. Also close to food that was convenient.

Near the Airport in a Friendly Neighbourhood and Nearby the Sea – A Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable, complete with air conditioning and a lovely balcony—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Everything is clearly well taken care of, and you can tell there's real attention to detail. One of the highlights is the peaceful patio where you can sit and relax, a real bonus for those quiet moments. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful—always ready with a smile or a bit of advice. There's even a night porter available all night, which was very reassuring when we had an early departure. We arrived on a Sunday and made use of the convenient off-street parking. If you're looking for a place to eat, it's just a short walk to the beach area where you'll find plenty of great restaurants. The location is excellent—less than a 10-minute drive to the airport, yet we hardly heard any planes at all. It's also well-connected for those heading into Rome: there's a shuttle bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the airport and then into the city in about an hour. Alternatively, a taxi ride into Rome takes around 30 minutes (when traffic is light) and costs about €60. Overall, this hotel is a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Cannot trust personnel at this hotel

Someone working at this Hotel is a LIAR. We have directly contacted the hotel by phone on June 23rd around 20h00. This man explicitely told us that the room for June 24th had been cancelled with no charge, as an exception. He repeated this information in italian to the hotel manager where we were staying on the 23rd to make sure we understood correctly. We asked for a confirmation e-mail which he did not send. I guess we cannot trust people at this hotel. We are asking for full reimbursement. Otherwise we will NEVER use booking services. NC, a former excellent client.

Disappointing Stay and misleading transport Information & Poor Conditions

We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Although it was advertised as being close, it turned out to be a 15–20 minute drive, requiring transport both ways. The hotel claimed to offer cheaper transportation than airport taxis (which cost 35 euros), and we were initially told it would be 10 euros per person. However, when I requested this upon arrival, I was told I had to pay 25 euros because I took an earlier flight, and they said it was more expensive due to morning charges. My two friends, who had later flights, were also told they had to pay 25 euros. The staff explained that since there were only two of them, the 10 euro per person rate no longer applied. When we asked if we could pay by card, since we hadn’t taken out cash, we were then told the transport would cost 35 euros. The pricing felt completely dishonest, as if it was being made up on the spot. It came across as a scam. The room itself was not properly cleaned, the beds were very hard, and the hotel felt worn down. The surrounding area also felt quite shady and we were not comfortable with walking outside the hotel. Additionally, my friends who had breakfast said it was of very poor and did not serve proper food. I would not return to this hotel or recommend it to others.
