I loved how small and quiet it was, I enjoyed the air conditioner and how close it was to everything!!! Literally close to so many different amazing restaurants. Even the Beach! . The staff was friendly and they came daily to clean and offer breakfast. I also need to address the ridiculous amount of people speaking about the front steps!! If you are disabled or have difficulty going up and down stairs DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s ridiculous to see how many complaints there are about a small flight of stairs. I would come here again anytime! Viva Italia !! And Thank you Sara for the great restaurant recommendation! The ride to Rome is 25-30 mins with traffic via uber or taxi.
The only thing I would add would be giving American tourists or foreigners a universal power adapter.

Check in was good, the staff here are lovely & friendly. Our room was clean & tidy & looked out to the river. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, the lady serving the breakfast was really nice. She made sure we had enough to eat & even found some gluten free bread for me. The room we had breakfast in is nice, sunny & clean.

Good location, close and convenient to the airport via taxi and in a good area along side the Tiber and near the sea. Great choice of restaurants and cafes in the area. Rooms, although small, were comfortable and clean. Beds very comfy. Good bathroom. Helpful staff. Breakfast is included and although limited choice (continental style) there was meats and cheese, cakes and pastries, bread with jams etc and great coffee. Desk staff are happy to arrange taxis and by doing so get you a slightly discounted and confirmed rates. Overall a good place to stay away from the airport with the advantages of a local town 'feel' and conveniences but close enough to be at the airport within 15 minutes.
No early check-in available as the desk is not managed at all times. A steep flight of steps from the front door to reception and no lift. Can be a bit of a problem if you have a heavy suitcase and / or a mobility issue.
