Especially Cristina and also her husband Stefano were very helpful and friendly, patiently answering all questions, giving out helpful information. Made me feel very welcome. Breakfast basic but sufficient and lots to choose from.
Restaurants, supermarkets in walking distance if you don't have a car. Basic bikes for hire available at guest house.
Unfortunately some of the areas around this lovely guest house leave to be desired, which is a shame, as the small town itself has a lot of potential. The mayor should do something about that.

The location, the immaculate rooms, the delicious homemade breakfast, the super comfortable bed, the free bicycles to use (half-hour ride to Ostia Antica Archeologico site), the easy walk to the beach, the transfer to the airport, the big yard and lovely outdoor gazebo tent (microwave, wine glasses, caffe included), and THE HOSTS!!!! They are unbelievably sweet, and run a great B&B. I have now crossed off all other places to consider for what's always our final day (or two, or three) before a flight out from FCO. This is the only place I'm staying in Fiumicino/Isola Sacra from now forward. GREAT experience.
If I would mention anything, it would be something that didn't bother us, but may be what bothers others: the bathroom is a bit small; the bidet and sink are kind of close proximity, and there's no real counter space. But we didn't care at all. Everything else was beyond wonderful, and the shower was a lovely one. Again; everything is immaculate.
