Fiumicino Airport B&B Deluxe

Location was very good; easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and small shops (like mini-market grocery). The B&B was very quiet although it's obvious you're near the airport. Plane noise was nonexistent from about 10:00 p.m. until early morning. The room was clean and comfortable and on the ground floor; no need to climb stairs. The facility will arrange for shuttle service to FCO for 10 Euros -- very reasonable. You pay the night before and they'll give you a voucher to hand to the driver. Pickup is outside the B&B gates about 30 meters away.

It wasn't clear to us (3 friends traveling together, two rooms) that you cannot check in prior to 3 or 4:00 pm. We called when the doorbell got no answer, and the proprietor came over -- not sure from where -- to let us in. Be sure to verify check in time before arrival. The B&B does not provide breakfast; however, there is a very nice and inexpensive cafe/bar just 30 meters away where you can get a cappuccino and cornetto (or whatever) in the morning.

The staff were amazing & helpful. Great location. Very basic accommodation but homely and nice.

Was close to the airport and our bikes were safe. Breakfast was extra but was filling

the staff and the airport shuttle service.

we booked two rooms for my family of 6. the air conditioning unit (directly above the door) in one of the rooms constantly leaked all day and all night. we had to put a bucket and towels on the floor (see picture), and we got wet each time we wanted to go between rooms -- either from the puddle on the floor or the dripping above the door. the attendant told us that the a/c unit would probably leak as they were showing us the room, so they obviously knew about the issue. in the same room, the overhead light bulb flickered off/on, so we couldn't use it. the other room wasn't bad though, so the kids stayed in that room!
