A nice clean place in the center of town, 5 minute walk from all the "action". The room size is OK, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is fine and clean. Nobody will meet you - everything is by remote - but the communication is excellent. Getting there by public transportation is quite complicated, unless you are willing to walk for quite some distance with your luggage or take taxis (exorbitant prices).
You have to leave by 10 am, no extensions, and you can not leave your luggage in the building, rather in a shed which is unbearably hot during the day and if you have any electronic equipment beware. Temperatures can easily reach 70 degrees and more.

We only stayed one night and it was very nice of the owner to arrange a taxi at 4.00 in the morning for us for our early flight. The room was interestingly decorated and it was great that there was some food for guests in the shared living room.
The only thing was there was a weird smell in the room that we couldn't get rid off because the room is quite airtight.
