Great location, very clean and very competitive price.

Great location and having breakfast right on the property was great-we stayed there 2 years ago and had to go down the street for breakfast. Nice to have on premises as we had to get to the airport for our flight.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay and will do so again if we are in the vicinity.

The staff were so gracious to us and let us check in early. The place was very clean and comfortable. The owner assisted in getting us a shuttle to the airport and train terminal. There were also free snacks and drinks available.

The property was difficult to find and restaurants are not accessible. But if you are just staying for one night to get to the airport the next day, it is an excellent choice.

Pleasant stay

Husband and I stayed one night to be close to the airport. Our host, Flavia, was extremely warm, welcoming and very helpful. The room was next to the garden, and since we were relatively the only ones there it seemed that it was our private terrace, which was delightful. The B&B has a self-service kitchen with seating that was lovely and cozy. Fully stocked with bread, cheese and other goodies. The location is also great! A few meters away from a sandy beach, a supermarket (bakery, cheese and coffee section) and a pizzeria (tasty pizzas, but a rip off. Always ask for the price before eating there). The B&B is 15 minutes away from the airport and Flavia arranged transportation for us which was extremely convenient. We stayed there on the first of November, so some of the restaurants were closed for the season. That wasn't a problem for us though. Definitely staying there if I need to be close to the airport.

A lovely B&B very close to airport with a great beachfront restaurant nearby - host was exceptional !

Obviously so close to the airport, there were planes constantly, but this wasn't even an issue at night, thanks to double glazed windows and shutters.

We enjoyed our stay and would stop there again.

Sabrina and her family are delightful. Everyone was pleasant and on time. We needed to be at the airport by 6:30 a.m. and our ride was right on time! On the map it looks right next to the airport, and it is, but the drive around the airport is very long, hence the price of the ride. Well deserved. And even though we needed to be out really early, Sabrina had breakfast available for us to either eat there or take with us. A short but lovely stay.

The mattress was a bit hard, but we slept. It would have been nice had we known there was a better restaurant than the one recommended at the beach.

It was clean, close to the Rome airport and close to the beach.

They advertised an airport shuttle, but in fact, they simply had a driver who would pick guests up from the airport and drop them off for the price of 25-30 euros each way. We thought that staying here would save us money over the airport hotels that were much closer. In fact, once we included the unannounced charge from the shuttle, it would have been cheaper to stay at a more expensive hotel. Also the hotel provided no information about how to contact the “shuttle” for pick up. We spent an extra hour in the airport trying to arrange transportation. Our room door opened directly into the lobby so we could hear everything going on in the lobby, and presumably, people in the lobby could hear us.

It more than met our needs!

The receptionist was very sweet. There was a lovely outdoor space where we sat with a glass of wine. It took 15 minutes for the ride to the airport in the morning (2:30 in the morning!). The room was roomy and very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. There is a little pizza place 5 minutes walk away where we ate dinner.

We spend one night in Sabrina Airport BnB. It was a bit challenging to find/get to with public transport, although if you are willing to pay the money for a cab/driver/uber, it's close and easy from the Fiumico Airport.

Large clean room & close to the airport & beach!

Convenient to the airport…shuttle to/from airport was easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Room was clean with a large bathroom. Hot water in shower was intermittent, but overall a good stay!

Somewhat hidden, but wasn’t a problem for us due to us using the shuttle. Everything was great, except for the finicky hot water. Would stay again!

The owner of the property is wonderful; she was so helpful. She really takes care of her guests. The Inn is withing walking distance of a lovely beach, the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

Good value

Sabrina is a quaint B&B. Our room was large and comfortable, if not a little tired. There's a delightful small courtyard to sit in, it's close to Rome airport and offers a transport shuttle to and from the airport. Flavia, originally from Melbourne was very hospitable, friendly, generous and helpful. There's a delightful upmarket, seafood restaurant nearby called Tre Nodi

The driver was nice and dependable. The owner was nice

Security, the gate to the driveway was open and the house was unlocked. I was almost asleep but then the arriving guests made noise. The breakfast was ok. Only 1 pod per guest for coffee. Prepackaged rolls and yogurt. Overripe fruit. I've had better. Everything was self-service. The ride to and from FCO was 25€pp. I stayed at a different hotel near the airport last fall. It was only 7€ each way.

Such a spacious comfortable place to stay. Great location close to the airport. Sabrina’s mother was delightful and such a good host looking after us so well. Lovely dining room where you could make hot drinks and plenty of food. Highly recommend this accommodation if you are flying or want a beach holiday. The beach 2 mins walk was beautiful

ok for an overnight stay, only if you have an early flight, there is nothing to do to fill in a day.

The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The self service breakfast was very convenient, may be some fresh fruit would have been nice. The outdoor garden was well furnished and pleasant place to relax.

The lack of facilities, this B & B is ok for overnight stay before a flight. Although the restaurant recommended by the hotel was ok and good value, I would not of liked to have walked to this venue without my husband, as it was on a back street and very dark.

Sabrina B&B is a relaxing and comfortable place to stay near the Fumicino airport

It was clean, comfortable, relaxing. Despite being quite close to the airport, I found it very quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was lovely, fresh croissants, a variety of flavours, toast and spreads and tea and coffee or juice. The host greeted us when we arrived, told us all we needed to know, and gave some directions to places to eat for dinner nearby. The places were about 500 m away but no trouble if you’re able to walk. We went to the restaurant and had a lovely seafood dinner, looking out to the ocean and sunset. In the morning, everything was ready for the breakfast, and guests were left to sit quietly and enjoy their cuppa and breakfast. The host put me in touch with a lovely young man who picked us up at the airport, and dropped us back at the airport the next day.

We needed a place to stay one night that wasn't as expensive as the hotels inside the airport.

Hostess helped me arrange a cab to return us to the airport for my flight out of Rome after our stay in her B&B. Breakfast was a standard continental with chocolate croissants and other breakfast items. Our room contained a queen bed plus bunk bed that in our case accommodated one adult or, if applicable, 2 children.

Can't think of anything. Watch out for Italian cab drivers. The one who took us to the B&B overcharged us badly. The one she arranged for us didn't.

Easy access to airport with the hotel's Tesla shuttle

The host Sabrina was beyond helpful and friendly. She directed us to a local pizzaeria and made sure over and over that we were comfortable. We greatly appreciated the hotel's shuttle service offered for a very reasonable fee, and it was the first time for all of us riding in a Tesla -- fun!

The proprietor gave good directions, allowed us in very late and it was close to the Airport.

The room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels and trash in the room. The bed was not changed. There were no instructions for breakfast which was included. I would take this place off your list
