建物全体の匂いが少し気になりましたが、清掃はよく出来ていてベッドもシャワールームも綺麗で快適でした。
自販機でビールを購入した時に1.5ユーロ払ったにも関わらずビールは出てこなくて、更に1.5ユーロを入れて同じナンバーをプッシュしてやっと出てきました。2本分のお金で1本しか買えませんでした。

Der Shuttle service ist perfekt und sehr flexibel.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön hergerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail.
Das süße Frühstück besteht aus einer Crostata und Kaffee die im Zimmer stehen und welche der Gast in der Küche zubereiten und zu sich nehmen kann. Bei einer Vending machine gibt es Milch etc was man dazu kaufen kann. Die Lage ist nah von Fiumicino mit Strand in der Nähe. Perfekt für meine Verhältnisse.

Accolto da Michele, persona attenta alle mie esigenze. Mi ha consentito di fruire gratuitamente del parcheggio all'interno della proprietà. Stanza molto pulita e accogliente, ho gradito la presenza dei kit di cortesia (tra l'altro, le pantofole). Pratica la possibilità di poter utilizzare la cucina, ben fornita di stoviglie, così come la presenza di un distributore automatico con beni di prima necessità. A poca distanza si può godere della spiaggia di Focene e l'aeroporto dista davvero 5 minuti in macchina. Ulteriore nota di rilievo, la presenza di un supermercato raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliatissimo. Tornerò.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
I was locked outside of the building for 45 minutes because the reception desk went to bed. I had to call for 30 minutes and try to get in. Finally after finding a group of Italian teenagers they were able to get ahold of the property. Overall I was very scared to be left out in the dark and cold at 11 at night. Check in service was very bad. When a worker did coke he was very kind and helped me to my room (this is not a hotel, apparently it’s a converted hospital or old nursing home). The room was clean and safe, but the check in experience was very stressful.
