More than anything I was genuinely impressed by exceptional courtesy, politeness and efficiency of the personnel and management. They truly went far more than the extra mile to ensure our stay was confortable. Moreover we had a problem related to a train delay, and they took the initiative to sort out all the logistics and the inconvenience caused by late arrival of the train. We all very very impressed by their great attitude. 👍🏻😊
That the stay was too short! 😊
