Luca (the owner) was amazing! He made us breakfast, recommended restaurants in town, and provided transportation to the airport. We highly recommend staying here for its proximity to the airport and the excellent service and would definitely book here again.

Everything was spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Luca was a fantastic host - welcoming, helpful and genuinely kind. Breakfast was delicious and the smooth and quick van ride to the airport was an added bonus! We also really enjoyed the charming village of Fiumicino with its many great restaurants. We had a delicious dinner at a restaurant recommended by Luca, which made the experience even more special! We highly recommend this B&B !

Very convenient to FCO. The facilities were modern and comfortable. Luca was very friendly and helpful. Having a shuttle to pick us up and take us back to the airport was very helpful.
While showering, the water went from hot to cold a couple times, so it took a bit more time to finish rinsing due to having to step out of the water a few times.
