Convenient small hotel that’s good for one night

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was also very convenient. Breakfast was a nice perk.

It was very dark on the property when we arrived at night. There are no restaurants but a grocery store across the street that had some lasagna and pizza slices to go. The room was very small but okay for one night.

Rome has few choices for airport hotels,

The location and price.

The WiFi was problematic. We had a shuttle pick up early in the morning and the gate was closed. We couldn’t get out to the street. We had to bang on a door and wake someone up to let us out. Pretty strange.

Worst experience ever.

Nothing, worst experience ever

Very disappointing experience. I booked this place just one day before our arrival. During the trip, I didn’t have internet access and only saw their message about my card “not being validated” when I was already close to the hotel. The message said I had 3 hours to update the payment method, which I did within the deadline. However, my card works perfectly , I used the same one for all my other reservations without any problem : so it was clearly an issue with their system or platform. When we arrived, the staff were rude and just told us they couldn’t host us anymore and that we had to find another hotel. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. Definitely not recommended.

Handy and Greta breakfast.

Easy shuttle service to the door. Pay direct to the resort. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

It's no problem with scuff marks on the walls etc as it's an older type property (still nice though). But the scuffs could have a coat of paint. Or some special cloth to remove the marks. It's all I noticed. Didn't effect my stay though, would stay again.

The staff in the morning was nice and the cleaners.

They forgot the crib which was requested and approved. Dirty walls. Many broken items in the rooms. AC was not on when arrived. Hot tub was broken and even if it wasn’t it was terrible. No water bottles in rooms. He brought it after. Wifi didn’t reach the room. Tv was broken. Not worth the money at all.

Well kept grounds, modern bathrooms, nice linens, great A/C., proximity to Airport.

Pillows, hot tub not working, no food places or restaurants close by. USB port on one side of room did not work.

We normally stay at Hilton’s or Sheratons and for the price of Domus it was fantastic, I have stayed at premium hotels t

7 minutes car drive to the airport, car rental return. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nothing serious, the WiFi signal in our building was weak and with a 14 year old daughter this was the end of the world, but for us, her parents it was fantastic as she had to speak to us at times.

Cheap and cheerful and very handy if you want somewhere close to the airport

Ideal if you want to be close to the airport for an early flight in the morning. The guy working the night shift was very friendly and helpful I didn't arrive at the hotel until 1AM and then left early again at 5AM

Comfortable, clean and welcoming

We liked the property because it was very clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved the fact we had our own little building, unlike bigger hotels with many floors. Very nice.

Missed the mark

There is no air conditioning contrary to the description. We were not given a room key (only a card to turn power on in the room) and had to explicitly return to front desk and ask for one - turns out it was not an oversight but intentional. the deadbolt latch did not work and actually came off in my hand. Room was clean and new and staff were friendly and polite. But odd details - no exhaust in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder. The property did provide details on shuttle from the airport along with a map - unfortunately I could not find it.

Overall good overnight connecting flight experience.

Convenient to and from airport shuttle at the price of 7€. Shuttle seems hard to find following map or explanations, however it’s really easy : just follow general indications “Hotel shuttle” until you reach a designated place (blue column with hotel logos) just opposite exits 1-4 of T3, opposite taxi queue, kind of in the middle of the road. Then you see parking spots 1-4 marked yellow on the ground, the shuttle to this hotel is branded Best Western (spot 2) and takes you to both hotels. Payment at hotel reception. Room decent and clean, rooms are individual units on a garden lot. Very kind Bangladeshi reception clerk. Nice fish-tavern type restaurants along the canal, just 12 minutes walk heading for Via della Torre Clementina.

This resort is homely. Near the airport with shuttle service. Friendly, helpful 24/7 desk. Our family slept in a Deluxe family room with two spacious and clean individual rooms. I rested well, and the resort arranged an early airport transport. Not luxurious, but delivers on service promise.

Nothing except proximity to the airport. Nice little restaurant area in walking distance. Staff did try to accommodate us with the broken aircons by giving us fans in 40 degrees centigrade heat !

Very expensive hotel for what you get when you arrive ! Grubby accomodation in a grubby neighbourhood. The only saving grace was it being close to the airport but you're better off being further away.

Air conditioning was set to 27,5 and you can’t change it. My night was not comfortable. No wifi in the room, only bar location. Crazy slippery shower cabin, be very cautious!

The property was in a alley way. There was a gate from the main road. The area was not the nicest and a bit remote. Not any place I would walk around.

The rooms although clean were tiny and considering we were there for one night for our flight the next day, it suited its purpose.
