The cleanliness was not great. The fridge had leftovers from the previous tenants in it. We saw strands of hair and the toilet wasn't super clean.

We made do for the ease of a shuttle to the airport.

Close to the airport with a shuttle (that you pay for).

We booked two family rooms. One was a double bed and two beds made from two armchair squashed in a corner and crammed behind a tv. They were extremely uncomfortable. The second family room was a long distance away from the first with no regard for a request of them being close together and vastly different and much more spacious, like a family room should be. Why we paid the same price for each family room when one was far less superior surprised and disappointed us. The more spacious room however had no wifi access.

Avoid if they charge you over 120 Euros for a normal room.

The TV worked.

Way overpriced (300+ Euros) for a tiny room without breakfast included; if you are going to charge that, give us free breakfast. The walls were kind of gross and the bathroom was tiny. My knees were almost hanging into the shower. Yet I paid through the teeth. Also, the pool isn't special; they shouldn't talk that up in their advertisements. The pool area is not relaxing and has no privacy being right at the entrance/parking lot.

convenient for flights in and out of Fiumicino airport

The hotel is in a great location and the shuttle in the morning made our stay so easy. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a highlight. We enjoyed a great seafood dinner. Would highly recommend when arriving or departing from Rome Fiumicino

Reasonably priced and convenient in Fiumicino.

A conveniently located and pleasant hotel in Fiumicino. I have stayed there on several occasions and have generally been satisfied. It is a short walking distance to restaurants and cafes in the centre of the town. There is a pool which is open in daytime.

The hotel is looking a little tired and in need of renovation. The pool hours are quite short, so arriving in the evening I could not use it. The only bar is located at the pool and follows the same hours, though the hotel does have a restaurant in the neighbouring building.

After BA cancelled our flight for 2 days we were glad to just get a hotel room.

Hotel on the flight path of the airport with planes directly overhead every few minutes. Nothing else around the area of the hotel, so it was hotel food or nothing. Charge for airport shuttle service. Avoid this location.

Nice for a one-night stay but the construction is awful

the room was perfect and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean.

I was travelling with two small kids - just needed an overnight for a flight the next day. We were placed in a room right below construction. At 7am, they started drilling and didn't stop. I called the front desk but they said that by law, they can start work at 8am. We had to check-out early because the noise was unbearable.

Proximity to the airport. Friendly staff, clean. The little town was kind of interesting -- the kind of thing that tourists mostly don't see.

Shower shelf broken, very odd bathroom light arrangement with translucent segment of wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. The restaurant was awful. (There is a pizza by the slice dive next door that is good, as is the Chinese restaurant nearby.)

The hotel served me for a night stay between flights

The hotel was clean and in close proximity to the airport. The shuttle was great, having said that I’m not sure the hotel should charge for it as the hotel room rate is high enough and should cover that. In the hotel there is a restaurant and I had their dinner. Great menu, everything I ordered was delicious, the service was very good and prices are reasonable.

I didn’t like the fact that I was told that whoever books their stay with booking.com breakfast is not included. I was told it was included only if you book directly with Best Western.

I did not like that the hotel changed the morning departure times for the shuttle. They used to have a 7:15am shuttle, but now the hotel only has a 7:00am and a 7:30am. Unfortunately, the restaurant opens for breakfast at 7:00am and now this is the shuttle I need to take for the airport. I would prefer that the restaurant opened 15 minutes earlier at 6:45am or that the hotel re-instated the 7:15am shuttle since I only need 10 or 15 minutes for breakfast. The rooms of the hotel are excellent but the hallways are some seemingly dated and worn along with their elevators that appear to be very much in need of an update or a refresh.

This hotel has a fantastic location and offers a convenient shuttle from the airport, which made our arrival smooth. The breakfast was excellent—plenty of options and good quality.

The hotel is very clean, modern and in a good location. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent food.

What I didn’t like about the room is the fact that they turn off the air condition during certain times of the year. If I had noticed this information prior to book in the hotel room, I would not have booked there. So we were forced to sleep with the window open and we also had a mosquito issue so I woke up with some mosquito bites. Also, there was no way to change the direction of the water from the handheld sprinkler to the overhead waterfall sprinkler in the shower.

This hotel was exactly what I needed after an exhausting trip of over 24 hours getting to Rome.

The airport shuttle was very timely and convenient. I asked for a quiet room and, although it is near the airport, the room was relatively quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too.

Shuttel service is frequent. The hotel building looks new. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise for an airport hotel—there was a great mix of sweet and savory options, both hot and cold. i will stay here again.

For a one night stay the space was adequate and the room was clean.

The shuttle pick and delivery were prompt, on time and both drivers courteous and helpful. My room faced the refuse containers but for one night is not a concern. I did not sleep with my window open for this reason.

There should be extractors in the bathroom so that the whole space doesn't get fogged up with steam, including the sleeping area. I opened the window to let some of the steam out.

Decent stay close to the airport

Decent hotel close by the airport, keep in mind since its close to the airport there may be noise from the airplanes flying from time to time above the hotel. Staff is friendly and location its great, there is a shuttle for a fee which is convenient.
