El lugar era muy bonito, pero algo difícil de encontrarlo en Fiumicino.

Close to the airport and appreciated the delicious attached restaurant.

It was not noted in the description that it’s attached to an event center. We were a little shocked to arrive and find a children’s birthday party underway complete with balloon artist. It was noisy late into the night, which isn’t great with an early flight.

We were not informed that a large local event was taking place the night we arrived. Quite noisy but rooms were double glazed so wasn't so bad. Communication would have been nice early so we could re book elsewhere

It was very close to the airport, which was essential for our 6 am flight.

Bed was a bit hard. Coffee cups were barely expresso size, so we didn't bother. The host told us in the instructions we received the morning of our stay that the code was the same for the gate and the door to the apartment. When we arrived, the gate was open. When we went to leave at 3:45 am, the gate was locked up like a fortress. The picture they had sent us of the keypad on the post was 2 cm x 5 cm in size. It took us about 10 minutes to find it. When we finally got out, we couldn't figure out how to close the gate, so I wrote that we had difficulty getting out and didn't know if it was still open or not. The response was that obviously we hadn't read the instructions (then how would we have gotten in?) and that we should have investigated the gate when we arrived. Yes, we should have, but the response was rude, and certainly not helpful. We would not stay there ever again.
