Staff not onsite 24 hours. There were some loud clients in another room which was not the hotels fault but there was no one there to assist if needed. It did quiet down on its own.

exactly what we needed a reasonably priced easily accessible stopover

it was close to the airport which was the main reason we chose it as our flight in was a late one and we needed to hire a car the next day. They gave us excellent guidance on the self check in by wattsap they organised a shuttle for us and the driver Maura was superb on time and reasonable. Emiliano was equally good on the return journey the next day. the bed was comfortable the room clean and functional. there was no coffee maker but there was a vending machine outside. Our air conditioning was not working effectively but overall we were happy and the shower was excellent

if we had been there a second night we would have questioned about the air conditioning and I expect based the other interactions it would have been resolved quickly

Never again in this property.

It served its purpose as it says in its name. The towels were very clean and each guest had a full set.

The property itself its in a weird neighborhood. Sketchy! The parking lot doesn’t even have cement! It has rocks, so it was very hard to roll our luggage. The property states that after 8 there was no one on the premises. Since we were going to arrive late that seemed fine. It sounded kind of tricky to get i to the property and get the keys for our six rooms. The lift didn’t work, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, including a wheel chair! The rooms were simple and clean, but some rooms smelled horrible!! First we thought they smelled like death, then we realized it was mildew. Restroom in room #2 was not even complete. Restroom in #8 was beautiful.

Pleasant and Clean

The concierge was so helpful and kind. She not only helped me with my bag, but she also didn’t make a big deal about the weight of my bag (I had experienced that a previous hotel). She arranged a taxi for me for an extremely early flight and she told me where a grocery store was nearby. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The walls are pretty thin and noise from the hall or neighboring rooms could be easily heard. But with some white noise, it was easily remedied. I was able to arrange a taxi ride from the airport to the hotel with the provided service from the hotel. Communication and the ride with the driver was seamless. There was some confusion in the marketing of the room and it seemed like a shuttle was provided by the hotel at no cost to the guest. However, I think with the language barrier what was intended to be said was that there was a taxi in the form of a shuttle van that was available upon request and would be paid for by the guest. If I was to fly out of Rome again, I would stay here again.

A Good, Convenient Spot for Short-Term Stays

I dealt with three staff members - one at reception and two drivers. All were fantastic and very nice. Everything was explained properly including for my early check-out, and help was always forthcoming. The room was nice, well presented, and overall reasonably comfortable. It was a good experience for the one night I needed before my early flight!

The mattress was a bit too stiff and I woke up with a sore shoulder, but this may have just as.much to do with how I sleep and my preferences.

The noise from the restaurant underneath the hotel - Wednesday night stay and the party downstairs didn't stop till 1am. Even with ear plugs, the noise level was unbelievably loud.

Perfect simple lodging before flying out of Rome airport.

Simple, convenient, clean, cool with the A/C in the extreme heat. Parking close and seemingly secure. The hostess, Valentina, was lovely, helpful, friendly!

The seams in the shower tiles could use a little scrubbing, but otherwise tutto bene!

Great place if you just need a place to sleep

The front desk clerks were excellent communicators. Every question was answered quickly. We arrived after hours and the instructions they sent were so easy to follow. We didn’t have any issues staying here but we were only there for about 8 hours. I will say that a taxi/uber is a must. There’s no way to get to the hotel any other way. They will book a driver for you though.

There isn’t a shower door so the floor gets pretty wet. It wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t put anything on the floor.

The room was good enough for a one night stay before going to the airport

The room was quiet and relatively clean

There seemed to be some sort of mold in the shower. And the tv was just a flat screen tv, not a smart tv so we couldn’t understand the tv shows since they were in Italian and we couldn’t even stream Netflix.

Good hotel but tricky to find.

Room was comfortable, good value for the money, the interaction with the staff was minimum, they are only available during bussines hours mostly. Language barrier was noticeable, tried English or Spanish..... so, using google translator is a good idea.

It is tricky to find the hotel, they sent you pictures with the step by step, but still a bit tricky, not too many options for food or groceries near by.

Not exactly what I was expecting, but met my needs.

Room was big. Front desk clerk Lucca gave me the contact of a shuttle service to the airport. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. I was able to use a messaging app to communicate with the front desk clerk. I think he preferred that to in person communication.

Front desk is not staffed 24 hrs, so communication with staff had a time element I had not expected. This impacted my stay in unexpected ways. Access to motel property was confusing as it is behind a tourist type steak-house with teepees and covered wagons in the parking lot. Locked gate at property's entrance added to confusion, but we figured it out eventually. Due to flight departure time, I had to self check out early in the morning, and leave the keys to the room and to the front gate in the locked room. We were trying to figure out how we would be able to exit the locked gate without a key, when we found a button on another wall which unlocked the gate. Luggage lift to the second floor only runs when the front desk is staffed, so be prepared to carry luggage up or down stairs. This was not a big problem, just one more thing I had not anticipated.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Next to Fort Apache Restaurant seemed odd in Rome, but it was approimately 3 miles from Fiumicino Airport. The room was very nice and clean

dragging my suitcase across the gravel...but it did make it memorable.

Convenient and clean stop for flights with parking and food options.

Location, help from the proactive staff, parking and the easy option if a good steak/pizza right there after a long drive! Getting to the airport he next day was ideal, yet no aircraft noise, no crowds and flexible check in and out.

Check in went quickly and smoothly. Likewise the check-out system is geared towards travelers who depart outside of the front desk hours. The room met my basic needs for cleanliness and comfort. The property location is very convenient for those travelers who make use of the offsite airport parking locations located in the Fiumicino area.

The lack of a self service coffee setup in the room.
