They organized the taxis for us, it was easy communication, and to stay one night is more than enough

The receptionist was nice.
There is a restaurant just next door which is convenient if you want to grab a meal.
Poor communication among staff, they asked me to provide again information already communicated to them over WhatsApp / Booking messages.
Also, we asked for a kettle to prepare the milk for the baby. After checking in and realizing there was no kettle, we asked them and they - only then - informed us about the fact that they could not provide us with one.
This hotel is a valid alternative to the more expensive ones in Fiumicino airport but you cannot reach the airport on foot as there is no footpath; you need to consider on top of the price an average of 40-50 euros for a return “shuttle” service from Fiumicino airport.
