A clean, wonderful convenient stay with incredibly kind staff

Conveniently located close to the airport, not far from the marina with loads comfort, restaurants, nearby. I was very pleasantly greeted on my arrival and showed in my room, which is very clean and furnished with everything I need it even came with a few cookies and bottled water. As I was leaving very early in the morning, they prepared a small breakfast bag for me, which was kind and delightful. Five stars all the way for this property and its kind generous owners!

Great spot for a cozy overnight stay before my flight.

Spotlessly clean and very cute facilities inside. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding and relaxing. The owners add a lot of nice extra touches for their guests.

I was a little surprised by the location at first but it was fine in the end and I was safe walking around solo.

Location near the airport and walking distance (10-15 minutes) to numerous restaurants. Communication from hosts was excellent. Room and ensuite small but comfortable. Opened onto a small lounge and the dining/kitchen area which was helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of goodies including juice and cappuccinos. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Had a brochure with a map noting restaurants, pharmacies etc.

Nothing really though note there are 18 steps to the rooms and parking is on the quiet street outside the property.

Perfect location to catch an early flight in Rome international airport.

It was the perfect location to get an early flight in Rome. It's just 10 mins away from the airport and there is plenty of space to park your car. Finding parking spots is tricky in Italy.

Close to airport. Very comfy bed and good shower. The host was very accommodating, helping get bags up the stairs and drove us to the airport early next morning with a takeaway breakfast which was nice.

It was relatively close to the airport and Costanino arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport and take me back the next day for my flight home. I had planned to take the public bus but my plane was delayed and it was dark out so I'm so grateful to the owners & Paola for providing the taxi service at a discounted price. The continental breakfast and cappucino was delicious. There so many amazing choices and wished I could eat them all. The croissants (chocolate, my favorite), fruit and yogurt were all scrumptious! Thank you!

The bathroom drain didn't have a working stopper but that was okay. They are kind of located near an industrial area and not many places to get food nearby. I did walk on the highway for about 15 minutes at night (felt safe) to a farm & table restaurant nearby which was ok and a bit expensive.

Excellent place to stay. Very safe.

I love our kitchen there . Very nice and the host and hostess were very kind. We love everything about the place. If you want to stay close to Fiumicino airport, you should stay there. Only thing we didn’t get to stay there long because we had to explore other places in Rome, Venice etc. The food is lovely and the coffee(cafe Americano is excellent. Thank you and we will stay there again.

Felt very welcome and comfortable with all amenities provided

Hosts were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Facilities great and had an amazing breakfast put on and thoughtfully provided my self who is coeliac a lovely GF one. Location fine and not too far from the mairport and they had great instructions and choices how to get to the place.

We flew into Fiumicino airport from Malta in the afternoon and were flying out late the next morning and needed some where to stay overnight. The accommodation was very nice and comfortable and the host very nice and helpful. They also organised transfers from and to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little B&B that was so convenient for flying in or out of Fiumicino. The hosts were just lovely and the space, while small, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The transport arranged by the hosts to and from the airport was perfect. It was a good 15 minute walk to a great selection of restaurants. Great stay!

Great place to stay near Rome airport.

It was in a great location close to the airport for flight next day, walking distance to shops and a great restaurant Indispensa bistro . It’s 10 mins drive from the beach. The room was clean and had everything you needed. Even provided spare toothbrushes. The breakfast was really lovely and the host very friendly and communicated well. We arrived early but the rooms were ready. It’s a perfect spot for a night before flying. Parking is available outside on the lane.

The host was extremely helpful in arranging airport and cruise port transfers. He was very accommodating when I had a lost bag at the airport and we didn’t check in until after 11pm. Breakfast was plentiful and completed with a coffee made by the host.

Location is a little out of the way. Glad we had a driver who knew how to drive through the back streets well.

Convenient, clean and comfortable place near the airport.

We were only here for a quick overnight before our flight the next morning. The location was quiet, the breakfast area and our room were immaculate and well appointed. Danilla was helpful and gave recommendations for restaurants in the town core. The small veranda was nice.

About a 15 minute walk to town centre but we didn’t mind as it was very quiet at the B&B so we slept well.

The property is close to the airport, a home away from home. Very clean, everything you could need.

The property was clean and beautifully decorated. There was a gorgeous separate small kitchen and dining area. The property was within walking distance of restaurants and shops and right near the Tiber river. Costantino was very helpful with giving us information about where to eat and what to do in the area. Our plane did not leave until later in the day and he allowed us to leave our bags there until we were leaving. The airport was about a 5 minute drive and we were able to organise a shuttle through Costantino. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Il Piccolo.

Clean, comfortable, great location for an overnight stay close to the airport.

The host was very easy to communicate with. He scheduled a car to pick us up from the train station and another one to take us to the airport. He was very nice when we arrived, helped us carry our heavy bags up the stairs, provided some water and juice for us and offered to make us a light breakfast (sandwich and fruit) before our early morning flight.

It was a little weird sharing a living room and kitchen with another renter but since we were only staying there for the night before our flight the next morning, it was fine. I wouldn't want this set up for a longer stay.

Quick drive from the airport. Very secure residence and comfortable. Room was small but AC worked well and the small bathroom was more than adequate.

Wish it were closer to a good dining facility. Bit of a walk to get downtown where most of the restaurants are.

A quaint little gem

Il Piccolo was our overnight stop before flying out of Roma airport the next day. It is a charming B&B that more than met our needs. Room was compact, but fully functional with quiet air co, shower, shampoo etc. Room was so quiet despite being about 10 minutes from the airport. All I ever heard was the birdlife of which there were many. Breakfast was a delight with cereal, croissants, juices, yoghurt, fruit, toast, sandwiches and more. I had a freshly made cappuccino and my partner, tea. Absolutely recommend if you need an overnight stay near the airport..

Nice host with amazing room. Facilities were perfect. We got packed breakfast as we have to leave early morning. Every item was of god quality. Only have to take taxi if flight is early morning or night.

A quiet and clean place to stay while being close(ish) to Rome's international airport

The accommodation was well-presented, up-to-date and exceptionally clean. Non-alcoholic drinks and biscuits were provided, and if we wished to cook for ourselves, the small kitchen could be used to produce a simple meal. We did not wish to cook so the owners directed us to the local restaurant area which was about 15-20 minutes walk away (helpfully, a map was also provided). There was a great selection of different restaurants available and there were many locals out and about enjoying a lovely evening walking along the canal/river which went out to the local beach. As our flight was very early, we needed to depart before breakfast. However, Il Piccolo provided us with a small breakfast to take away.

Getting to and from Il Piccolo was not straightforward. I thought Il Piccolo was closer to Fiumicino international airport than it turned out to be. Nonetheless, Il Piccolo organised a driver to collect us from the train station and then take us to the airport the next morning. This cost 20 euros each way, so that needs to be factored into the cost of staying. In addition, I thought we had booked the entire apartment to ourselves so I was surprised to find that we were sharing with another couple. In the end it didn't matter much as we didn't see them or hear them but it did mean we locked ourselves into our room in the evening and didn't place anything in the common space.
