Clean property. Comfortable bed. Location very close to the airport. Communication with the host was clear and made check-in/ out straightforward. Balcony option is a nice touch for some fresh air. I would recommend for overnight stay near the airport.

I would say the service is excellent. If you want to buy something to eat or other essentials, there's a grocery store nearby.
The hotel is comfortable and suitable if you're looking for a place to rest after a day of sightseeing. However if your main purpose is to visit the city, parks or major attractions , the location may not be the most convenient and may require extra travel time. Overall it's good option if you don't mind commuting.

My stay at Malù House was great! The room is large and very clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning was fantastic, the small balcony is very convenient, the amenities were great, and the check-in was very easy. I was worried about noise because of its convenient proximity to the airport but it wasn't a problem. I slept very well. I would stay there again and I will be recommending it to friends!

Once I finally arrived and got in the room it was fine
Very difficult to communicate with the host. Speaks little English
Very difficult location: even though it is only 3-4 km from the airport, the only way to get there is taxi and all the taxis charge 35 euros, the same as a taxi into Rome. Same on the return. So might as well stay in Rome. I spent over an hour trying to arrange transportation to and from the airport
