​I overall really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Here are the main highlights and details from our visit: ​What We Loved: ​Working A/C: Upon arrival, we were so relieved to find a fully functioning air conditioner. Without it, the stay would have been very tough! ​Exceptional Staff: The staff interaction was fantastic. They were always friendly, super responsive, and quickly resolved any minor issues that came up. ​Mini-Fridge: Having a small refrigerator in the room was a very convenient touch. ​Charming Decor: Our room was on the top floor, and the hallway leading up to it was beautifully decorated. Despite a few small trade-offs, I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay and would recommend it—especially if you travel light and want to be close to the action

Things to Keep in Mind: Location (Pros & Cons): The location is a double-edged sword. On the plus side, tons of attractions, cafes, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. On the downside, it gets a bit noisy at night. It didn't bother us, but light sleepers should take note. Stairs Only: Since the room is on the top floor and there is only stair access, carrying large or heavy suitcases might be a struggle. We traveled light, so it wasn't an issue for us. No Kitchen Amenities: There was no kettle, coffee maker, or cutlery in the room. Because of this, we mainly ate out at local spots or ordered food delivery.

We had a very pleasant stay with my teenage son. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was excellent. Before arrival, we received clear step-by-step photos showing exactly how to find and access the room, which made the self check-in very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the harbor. There is an excellent pizzeria right downstairs, and the beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. We chose this accommodation for our last night after visiting Rome because we had an early flight the next morning. It was a great choice, as we could still enjoy a little time by the sea before flying home. Some previous reviews mention the stairs to reach the room. There are quite a few steps, but we personally didn’t find them to be a problem. Unless you have mobility difficulties or very heavy luggage, I wouldn’t consider this a major concern. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Nothing about the accommodation itself. Getting to Fiumicino from central Rome by public transport can be a little complicated, but this is of course not related to the property.

O quarto era um pouco fedido. Também tem muita escada. Ficamos apenas porque nosso voo era de manha no dia seguinte. Em um momento, meu marido saiu para devolver o carro alugado e eu fiquei sozinha no quarto, ficaram batendo na porta, nao falavam quem era e quando mandei mensagem para o anfitrião, ele não me respondia. Assim que meu marido chegou, nao bateram mais. Achamos isso muito estranho.
