Close to the airport for an early morning flight back to Australia. Shuttle to airport was easy with clear instructions. Clean modern room with a bath & balcony. Food was delicious & staff lovely, wish my stay was longer.

A bit of confusion at the start identifying the shuttle bus but there after was smooth.

Facilities were up to par. Clean and comfortable room.

Location is quite isolated but since we were there to take a return flight; it was fine. The shuttle bus was available to and from airport; however it was difficult to identify its actual location.

Convenient for Airport, but Disappointing in Several Ways

Good location for a stay near the airport. Right opposite where the fishing boats come in; interesting to watch and perfect for fresh fish in the many nearby restaurants.

Check in staff not very welcoming, helpful or cheerful. TV system in the room was idiosyncratic to say the least. Breakfast was very disappointing.

It was poor and I wished I had booked another hotel.

The restaurant and the roof top facilities were renovated and were impressive. Our meal was satisfactory.

Our room was not good. First of all, the floor we were on was not up to date. It needed to be painted and cleaned. The air vent in our room was filthy. I complained to the front desk. They apologized but gave no solution. They should have sent housekeeping up to clean it. The bathroom was ok in cleanliness but the sink area could have used more cleaning. I was so disappointed since I researched the hotel a lot and the reviews and summary painted a different picture. It was a terrible finish to a wonderful 3 week vacation in Europe.

Great location for airport and clean

Staff were friendly at reception. Location is great, with lots of choices of restaurants beside it on the marina and nearby. Pool was nice on the rooftop. Room and facilities were very clean.

Food in the hotel restaurant was just okay. Bed in our room was slightly broken on one side which created a bit of a slope on right hand side.

this is certainly not a 4 star hotel. I had many flies in my room, it was outdated and some of the fixtures didn't work properly. whomever is doing their website photos is a mastermind because it was much less inviting in person.

Perfect choice for a hotel near the airport.

We stayed one night before flying back to the U.S. the next morning. It was everything you'd want in a hotel near the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located along a very lively stretch of restaurants and shops beside the boat harbor in Fiumicino, so there are numerous options for dinner. The early (5.30 am) airport shuttle worked without a hitch. Since we left so early, we were unable to enjoy the breakfast.

Good as an overnight before or after a flight.

Transfer shuttle from and to airport is excellent for tired travellers as taxis at airport can be expensive (look for local taxi rank away from airport entrances, not the ones that want to take you to Rome or anywhere for 40-50 euro). Breakfast was good and milk alternatives available if you ask.

No tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Eventually found a vending machine in reception but a coffee pod was 1 euro and only espresso size cups (no larger cups, no milk or milk alternatives available). A little hard to understand shuttle pickup spot and the process (eg did we need to book ahead or just call?)

Great location, close to the airport, airport shuttle was easy and a great service.

Great location - we didn’t know what to expect as we only stayed here as it was close to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised it is a small fisherman town, great walk on the pier and great restaurants up and down the street. There is a rooftop bar that had a great music playing. We didn’t get the buffet breakfast but we did walk past this and it looked great.

Bed was uncomfortable and not enough pillows but was fine for one night.

the card for electric in the room failed after an hour happened three times during my evening . reception were good but l had to go to reception 3 times to get another card. Airport Hotel with Shuttle

We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had its own shuttle bus. What we found was a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly English speaking staff that exceeded our expectations. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. We were going to book a chain hotel but this was so much better.

No coffee maker in the room but there is an Espresso machine in the lobby.

An excellent hotel.

Everything was clean, lovely and modern. I appreciated that we were given a room a bit early. We loved the location with the fishing boats anchored next to the canal. There were many restaurants, banks, and stores within easy walking distance. The shuttle service also worked very well. Great stay for our final day in Italy.
