The host Stefano is very dedicated to make your stay comfortable and with no worries, and specially when having a very early flight he s there to help with the transfer at a decent price. Also is very close to the port and it would be a shame not to go for a walk and a fish dinner.
Not a dislike, but there is a bit of a walk for those coming by local bus from the airport.

The size of the bathroom, like a small private spa :-)
The cleanliness of the room, spotless, very nice and comfortable.
The location near the airport, but surprisingly also near many really good restaurants, and a nice walkpath along the canal. If you cross the bridge their is also a nice harbour with restaurants and steak house, and even a beach to visit if you have time.
Transfer service to the airport.
A bit of miss communication before check in. A message in Booking inbox explained one thing about getting in to the apartment, and in reality it was another way of doing it.
When trying to figure out how to get in by texting on WhatsApp, all answers came back in Italian, wich I dont speak or understand very well.
Eventually answers came in english and I finally got in.
A bit tricky to find out how to get to the Town of Fiumicino from the airport by bus, unless you take a cab, information about buslines to Town would have been appreciated.

Everything about the accommodation was great. The owner was very kind and welcoming, the place was clean and fully equipped, and the location was really convenient, especially because it was so close to the airport.
However, I would especially like to highlight how friendly and helpful the owner was. His kindness really made the stay even better.
I would definitely stay here again! 😊
