Sehr schönes Appartement, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr nette Gastgeber.

Wir habe den Urlaub sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden und top sauber. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat sofort bei Fragen reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Spielsachen waren vorhanden im Garten wie auch für das Appartement und durfte genutzt werden. PKW Stellplatz zu jeder Zeit überhaupt kein Problem. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Es gibt da einfach nichts.

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere in auto il centro di Merano. Camere pulite, ordinate e con bagno per ogni camera.

Cio che mi aspettavo è che ci fosse un kit doccia per una doccia rilassante all'arrivo. Abbiamo rimediato andando al centro commerciale a Merano.

Stayed 14 nights in the mountain view appartment (top floor): - Brand new badroom which is really nice (except missing an extractor fan) - 2 sofas in the bedroom & living room together with the old built-in closets (filled with all kind of blankets etc - so not usable), give the appartment an old vibe - Really sweet and helpful owners, unfortunately after a couple of days they left for their own holidays. Small shortcomings were luckily already resolved (ants on he balcony & flickering light), so no impact for me. - Small but (really) slow elevator to get your bags to the third floor - Late afternoon & evening give an amazing view on the mountain & city Merano (cfr. pics) - REALLY beautiful environment: going up the hills, visiting lakes/waterfalls, ... (personally prefer nature over city, musea, ...) TIP on food: You are not going to Italy, but to South Tirol (a mixture of German-Austrian-Italian food). So don't expect the fine Italian cuisine. However I learned there is a really good meat culture over there.

There were some things which have room for improvement: - I arrived during a heatwave. I arrived in a sauna, not an appartment. (Just sitting made sweat flood like hell) You get a fan, which can be used to pull the heat out at night. It took me about 5 nights to get the heat out, where I got some help from bad weather days. Afterwards with precautions temperature got manageable. - Once the sun comes up, you need to close the louvre shutters. Once the sun hits the appartment, it start heating as hell. So no breakfest with the sun rising, but in a dark room. I had to keep it this way until late afternoon. - Bathroom has no extractor fan, which has again 2 implications: taking a shower means opening the window (=letting heat in), but also using the toilet (#2) to vent (=again letting heat in) - Kitchen has no scissor or potato knife. There is however a big kitchen knife & a big serrated knife. - Sofa in de living room is missing a cushion
