Great holiday!

The host is really nice, generous and friendly, she helped us very promptly with every request that we had and all the information that we needed. The apples and the apple juice that they produce are a MUST!!! We couldn't get enough of them and they were very generous to give us more. The apartments are well equipped with everything needed for the stay, the beds are comfortable, our 7 nights stay here was great.

Relaxing holiday

The location is excellent if you are looking for amazing view and quiet place.You are surrounded by apple orchards and mountains.The apartment is big with new furniture,big shower,comfy bed and pillows.In the kitchen area you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.Parking area is free and next to the villa.We traveled in winter and the rooms were warm.The host was open to our requests.We would like to come back and enjoy the place in other seasons,also.

We would like to stay longer,maybe.A friendly suggestion is to add whats app as contact and maybe a wash machine will be very helpful for a longer stay or for family with children.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft oberhalb von Lana mit fantastischer Ausstattung und wunderbarem Ausblick!

Der Steinkellerhof ist absolut zu empfehlen! Wir waren fast drei Wochen vor Ort und haben uns Völlan, Lana und viel von Südtirol angesehen und dort viel erlebt. Jeden Tag sind wir gerne zurück zum Steinkellerhof gekommen, die Unterkunft bietet so gut wie alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Erstens: Grandioser Ausblick. Zweitens: Top Ausstattung. Drittens: Tolle Gastgeber. Und noch viel mehr. Wir waren zu viert - zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder - im Sommerurlaub in Völlan und können dies - mit zwei kleinen Einschränkungen, dazu unten mehr - jedem empfehlen. Der Steinkellerhof ist hochwertig ausgestattet, alles ist neu und in gutem Zustand. In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt, die Schlafzimmer und die Betten waren klasse, der Balkon mit tollem Blick in die Berge mit Tisch, Bank und Stühlen komplett, Couch und Sitzecke gemütlich, die Parkplatzsituation war super, Fahrräder konnte man unterstellen etc. Von Montag bis Samstag kann man einen Brötchenservice nutzen, ein kleines Regal mit Selbstgemachtem (Marmelade, Apfelsaft und so weiter) lädt zum Einkaufen ein... Tolles Haus, tolle Gastgeber, klar zu empfehlen!

Neun von zehn Punkte sagen eigentlich schon alles, der Steinkellerhof ist eine tolle Unterkunft. Es gibt nur zwei Kleinigkeiten, die zu bedenken sind. Eine, die könnte der Gastgeber beeinflussen, eine andere nicht, das sollte man aber einfach wissen. Die erste Kleinigkeit sind die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Auf den Fotos ist noch ein Trampolin im Garten zu sehen, das ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Wenn man einen Hof weiter guckt (und hört) - und dann auch vergleicht - sind die Spielangebote (Schaukel, Rutsche, Trettraktor der dort wohnenden Kinder) für Gastkinder sehr überschaubar, von einem Pool ganz zu schweigen, aber das ist Klagen auf wirklich sehr hohem Niveau. Unsere Kinder waren trotzdem zufrieden. Die andere Kleinigkeit ist die Lage: Völlan liegt oberhalb von Lana - bis zum Steinkellerhof ca. 4km -, die Straße ist teilweise extrem steil und fast immer sehr eng. Wir dachten, das könnte man mit dem Fahrrad auch mit den Kindern schaffen, aber das war (für uns) unmöglich. Es gibt keinen Fußweg, die Autos rasen - sie dürfen bis zu 90 km/h schnell fahren - hoch und runter, der Linienbus tut sein Übriges. Es ist absolut machbar, mit einem E-Bike sowieso, aber mit selbst fahrenden Kindern eher nicht. Die Wanderwege sind auch mit dem Fahrrad nicht zu bewältigen, auch mit einem E-MTB bin ich an meine Grenzen gekommen. Der erwähnte Linienbus fährt verlässlich, aber auch nur stündlich und der letzte immer ca. 20.00 Uhr ab Lana. Das sollte nur einmal erwähnt werden, weil wir das Fahrrad als Fortbewegungsmittel des Urlaubs eingeplant hatten, das ging so aber nicht. Wer sowieso immer ins Auto steigt, oder eben den Bus nimmt, kommt mit der hohen Lage von Völlan selbstverständlich gut zurecht.

Una settimana di pace, aria buona e passeggiate 🥾🏔️

Struttura pulita ed essenziale immersa nei frutteti, appartamento previsto di tutti i comfort necessari al nostro soggiorno di una settimana e accoglienza molto gentile e premurosa della proprietaria, che ringraziamo ancora del suo delizioso succo di mele grezzo! Posizione strategica per le escursioni più vicine come il Monte San Vigilio e il Lago Nero da Cermes, Merano 2000 da Falzeben, Würzer Alm da Avelengo o per le visite più distanti come Curon e il Lago di Resia e il Lago di Tovel. Consigliatissima in zona la Piscina Naturale di Gargazzone, oltre al centro di Lana e i suoi ristoranti (concedetevi una colazione al Backificio!) e il Castel Mayenburg di Völlan. In serata, piacevoli passeggiate nelle vicine Merano e Bolzano.

Noteikti iesaku šo naktsmītni savam brīvdienām! Mēs šeit pavadījām burvīgas 9 naktis. Naktsmītne atrodas skaistā vietā, ābolu dārzu ieskautā teritortijā. Vienmēr ir vieta kur novietot automašīnu. Brokastis uz balkona vēl jaukākās padarīja rīta saule! Vannas istaba un virtuve ir ļoti labas kvalitātes un virtuve ir labi aprīkota! Jūs variet izbaudīt skatu uz ieleju un kalniem. Netālu ir burvīgas vietas ko apskatīt un restorāni ko izbaudīt!

Mums pietrūka pamatlietas apartamentos- sāls, cukurs, kafija, eļļa, ka arī šampūns/ dušas želejā vismaz pirmajai naktij, jo ieradāmies svētdienas vakarā. Ja Jums spēj traucēt slikta skaņas izolācija, labāk izvēlēties citu naktsmītni- mēs dzirdējām ne tikai blakus numuros esošos bērnus, bet arī viesu smieklus un krākšanu. Lai nu kā, ne laika spstākļi, ne šīs lietas nespēja sabojāt mūsu prieku par šo vietu!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung inmitten von Apfelplantagen, oberhalb von Lana, mit Blick auf das Meraner Tal

Das Haus mit 5 Ferienwohnungen liegt in Völlan, oberhalb von Lana und herrlich ruhig gelegen, inmitten von Apfelplantagen. Davon hatten wir, über Silvester, zwar nichts, aber es ist wunderbar ruhig und im Frühling/Sommer sicher noch schöner. Die Gastgeberfamilien, Senior wie Junior, sind ganz sehr nett und wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche vom eigenem Apfelsaft. Sehr lecker! Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Außenjalousie. Man kann zu Fuß nach Lana laufen (ca. 20 min), es gibt in der Nähe auch eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bus ist durch die MeranCard kostenlos zu nutzen.

Das Sofa im Wohn/Esszimmer ist eher eine Sitzbank und ist zum gemütlichen TV schauen eher nicht geeignet und das Schlafzimmer wirkt eher kühl. Aber das sind kleine Befindlichkeiten, welche einem entspannten Urlaub nicht entgegen stehen !
