Very old and expensive

It was close to the bus station. It has a balcony with a nice view.

The bathroom was so small and really old. The whole property is old and you don't feel like it worths it. The staff was so unmotivated and he didn't even ask us if you need help to get somewhere or something like that. The kitchen was small but no one really cooks on vacation.

Location is great, 2min walk to Lana' cable car and 5 minutes walk to town centre and bus station. Accommodation is spacious and had a nice size balcony facing east. Swimming pool is a big bonus and always a sun longer available. Plenty of parking spaces, some totally shaded. I would say that the property is good value for money but don't expect any luxury!

The accommodation is basic and a bit old fashion but remains conformable with all necessary commodities available I. E. Cooking stuff, plates.... Cooking hobs, fridge, bedding, towels.....

Einmal und nie mehr !

Auser die Lage , war leider nichts dabei was mir gefallen hat ! Mein schlechtester Urlaub eh und je !!!

Also erstmal war leider der Eigentümer nicht sehr freundlich , man hat sich definitiv nicht willkommen geheißen … man erwartet für den Preis keine Nobel Ferienwohung .. aber mal streichen oder abgerockte Möbel mal austauschen .. gibt viele günstige Möglichkeiten . Lage war top . Aber das war es auch schon , sind fast 3 Tage vorher abgereist .. einmal und nie mehr . Und alles wurde notdürftig mit Klebeband "repariert"..

Nette Unterkunft mit einfacher Austattung, aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

Nähe zur Stadtmitte & Seilbahn Vigiljoch war top. Pool zum Abkühlen war perfekt.

Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, da das Wetter immer schön war und wir viel unternehmen konnten.

Ferienwohnung lag in ruhiger Gegend. Vigiljochbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Pool perfekt zum abkühlen. Größe der Wohnung für 2 Personen sehr gut, Balkon ebenfalls. Parkmöglichkeit teilweise im Schatten.

Betrieb des Rasenmähertraktors bereits vor 08.00 Uhr morgens war sehr störend. Frühstück auf Balkon dadurch beeinträchtigt.

Die Wohnung ist verschimmelt, viel im Badezimmer, einiges im Schlafzimmer. Siehe Bilder.

Der Vermieter war durch seinen Sohn sehr hilfreich bei einem PC-Problem

Die Lage nur rd. 300 m entfernt vom Busbahnhf Lana ist hervorragend.

Wer keinen Luxus braucht und anspruchslos nächtigen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Die Größe und Lage der Wohnung war prima. Großer Garten. Betten waren bequem. Balkon war mit einem kleinen Tisch und 2 Stühlen und einem Wäscheständer ausgestattet. Seife, Spülmittel, Handtücher, Bett und küchenwäsche war vorhanden. Kein Aufpreis für den Hund. Die Sammelbehälter für Müll auf dem Balkon haben uns nicht gestört. Guter Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Mobiliar könnte man mal erneuern, ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Besen und Schaufel waren zwar vorhanden allerdings nicht geeignet um die ganze Wohnung zu fegen, auch ein Wischmop oder ähnliches wäre für mögliche Zwischenfälle nicht schlecht. Der Vermieter ist ziemlich wortkarg aber nicht unfreundlich.
