Le camere/appartamenti sono pulitissimi, se la reception è chiusa l’host fornisce tutte le informazioni in modo dettagliato e preciso e la posizione è ottimo sia per Merano (10 minuti in macchina) che per un pranzo o cena alla forst! C’è la possibilità di stare nella parte comune, prendere dei giochi da tavolo o andare a giocare a calcetto o Ping pong nella taverna. Purtroppo siamo stati solo una notte ma è sicuramente da tornarci.

Wir waren für 5 Übernachtungen dort. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig, man kann nahezu alles fussläufig erreichen. Die Wohnung war absolut top, frisch renoviert, piccobello sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der gemeinsame Garten mit schönem Pool ist gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Zudem war das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und werden garantiert wiederkommen.

Ich käme sicher wieder her, wenn es keine Hunde hätte.

Lage gut. Algund allgemein ist gut gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig um den Josefshof.

Dass Hunde dort willkommen sind stört mich. Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht mehrmals durch bellende Hunde geweckt.

Perfekt für Selbstversorger

Ich hatte kein Frühstück. Die Unterkunft stellt aber Teller, Besteck, Gläser und Kaffee zur Verfügung. Auch frischer Kuchen ist da. Somit absolut aussreichend. Im Aufenthaltsraum gibt es genügend Tische. Getränke werden in einem Kühlschrank kalt gestellt und können immer entnommen werden. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Selbstverpflegung. Parken entweder vor dem Haus oder in der Tiefgarage.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Modern, total freundliche Inhaber. Leider kein Frühstück. Wenig Parkplätze.

Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer und Bad. Scheinen erst kürzlich modernisiert geworden zu sein. Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben und die Schlafcouch war bereits für die dritte Person vorbereitet. Die Inhaber sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Es wird alles erklärt. Der Pool sieht top aus - leider konnten wir ihn aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Es gibt im EG einen Selbstbedienungskühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine sowie gebackenen Kuchen. Einfach nehmen und Mengen in eine Liste eintragen. Das war sehr unkompliziert.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat. Die Parkplätze draußen waren alle belegt. Es gibt zwar eine Tiefgarage, aber beim Versuch diese zu befahren setzte ich vorne mit dem Auto auf (normale Mercedes E-Klasse, nicht tiefergelegt!). Also wieder rückwährts hoch und 3 Min. entfernt geparkt.

Nyrenoveret lejligheder med aircondition, køkken og opvaskemaskine, og generelt alt man skal bruge. Der er pool på stedet, og værterne er meget synlige og behjælpelige. Byen har flere restauranter og mulig hed for shopping og indkøb (der er et fint shoppingcenter i byen) Man kan hurtigt komme til Merano og andre steder i området. Absolut ét sted vi overvejer at besøge igen.

Komfortowy apartament z wszelkimi wygodami. Cudowny basen i ogród. Zachwycający widok na góry z balkonu. Dwa kroki od centrum, gdzie są fajne kawiarnie, piekarnie, knajpki etc. Blisko rzeka i ścieżki do spacerów. Cisza i spokój małego miasteczka, które jest świetną bazą wypadową w przepiękne okolice. Cudowni gospodarze! Dziękujemy za super pobyt. Chętnie tu wrócimy!

Super tolles, neu renoviertes Zimmer. Großzügig mit einem schönen Balkon. Im Garten schöner Pool, mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen.

Da es auch große Zimmer gibt, muss man damit rechnen, daß viele Familien mit Kindern da sind.

Das vierte Mal super

Wir waren zum vierten Male dort und es ist einfach herrlich. Die Betreiber sind super nett und helfen, wann immer sie können, die Ausstattung ist gut und die Lage fantastisch. Man braucht fast kein Auto, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wandern geht ab der Haustür und die Busstation ist 3 Minuten weg. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bäckerei, alles da. Auch der Hund ist immer herzlich willkommen.
