Fabulous apartment. Fully equipped. Including washing machine. There was prepared a welcoming present for us already on arrival. Beautifully decorated. We felt as at home. Well, there was a bigger terrace than we have :). We enjoyed our stay.

Knowing how nice the apartment is, I would planned our trip differently to stay more than 2 nights there.

L'appartamento è molto curato e pulito. C'è tutto quello che può servire. Ottimo il posto auto. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e discreto, anche quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il riscaldamento si è attivato subito per risolverlo velocemente ed è stato molto efficiente. Buona posizione. Consigliato

sentirsi come a casa propria, anzi meglio!

è incredibile come ci si riesca a sentire "in famiglia" in così poco tempo. innanzitutto i proprietari ci hanno riempito di consigli *prima* della nostra vacanza, dandoci indicazioni fondamentali per programmare i nostri giorni a merano. ci hanno dato la disponibilità del parcheggio prima dell'orario, in modo da raggiungere gratuitamente le terme grazie al pass che ci hanno fornito loro. ci hanno dato le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa al telefono perchè in questi giorni c'era un cantiere e temevano che il navigatore ci portasse fuori strada. davvero splendidi. la casa è un GIOIELLO. è super accessoriata di tutto. abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto strepitoso, con dolce, salato, davvero tutto. in casa non manca nulla, c'è anche la lavatrice e la lavastoglie rifornite di ogni detersivo. c'è anche olio, sale, detergente da piatti, saponi/shampoo, ecc. insomma davvero ci si sente come quando si torna a casa dai propri genitori e si trova tutto pronto. i bimbi hanno adorato il divano letto enorme e comodissimo e la tv con netflix e youtube sia in soggiorno sia nella loro stanza. noi genitori abbiamo super apprezzato l'avere una camera matrimoniale comodissima e non attaccata a loro e gli ambienti spaziosi e confortevoli. ci sono 2 ambienti bagno. uno con wc e lavandino e l'altro con lavandino grande, doccia e vasca, comoda con due bambini. la casa è calda, si sta benissimo. c'è anche un terrazzo grande che non abbiamo sfruttato. il tutto è in un punto silenzioso e pacifico ma tipo a 100 metri dal centro commerciale gigante di lagundo, in cui trovare tutto. in sostanza abbiamo potuto lasciare l'auto 2 giorni per girare coi mezzi che passano sotto casa e abbiamo avuto la gentilezza dei proprietari come benvenuto. è la soluzione ideale per una coppia, due coppie o per una famiglia come noi. speriamo davvero di tornare!!!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit tollem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Apartment Lang. Sehr wohnlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit top Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und schönes Willkommensgeschenk. Bequemes Bett, toller Balkon mit Bergblick, guter offener Schnitt, top Fernseher, makellos sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage direkt bei Meran mit 2 Bushaltestellen und Shopping Center vor der Tür. In der Kurtaxe sind die Öffis mit drin, sodass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne wieder-

Nur Kleinigkeiten, die jedoch zu vernachlässigen sind. Der Föhn ging nicht, aber wir bekamen prompt Ersatz. Bei der Dusche ist die Temperatur recht schwankend und immer wieder kam es kurz kalt. Sehr ruhig, auch wenn ab und an mal ein Auto zu hören ist. Nur 3 Tassen vorhanden.

Una vacanza perfetta, una location così come dovrebbe ro essere tutte. Siamo stati come a casa. Penso sia stata la casa con i proprietari più "generosi" che abbiamo trovato fino ad adesso. Sarà per noi 1 ricordo bellissimo. GRAZIE 🙏

Perfekter Urlaub

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub im Meraner Land. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Ein überdachter Stellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Vielen lieben Dank an dieser Stelle für den herzlichen Empfang und die leckeren Köstlichkeiten im Begrüßungskörbchen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und ich komme gerne wieder. Wally und Paul sind Gastgeber wie man es sich wünscht. Schön das es Euch gibt!
