Die Lage ist perfekt. Riffian ist ein kleineres Dorf oberhalb von Meran. Von der Unterkunft aus ist der Riffianer Waalweg sofort zu erreichen. Die Natur ist dort spektakulär. Abends geht man dann 2 Minuten zu einer tollen Pizzeria oder 5 Minuten zu einem sehr guten Südtiroler Gasthof. Supermarkt und Bäckerei (leider Sonntags geschlossen) ebenfalls fussläufig. Das Appartement hat alle Annehmlichkeiten sogar einen voll ausgestatteten Balkon mit Tisch und Liegestühlen sowie Wäschegestell. Von unserem Balkon im Erdgeschoss hatten wir einen ganz guten Blick ins Grüne und auf einen Berg. Für besseren Bergblick sollte man ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken nehmen.
Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer kleineren Strasse. Die große Ortsdurchfahrt ist ebenfalls sehr nah. Man hört also den Verkehr durchaus. Könnte im Sommer etwas stören, wenn man permanent die Balkontüre auch nachts offen lassen muss wegen Hitze. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Kleines Appartement, praktisch und sauber. Für max. 2 Personen für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Nette Vermieter (Danke für das Osterkörbchen ;-)). Schlüsselübergabe via Schlüsselsafe problemlos. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Meran. Schöner Blick vom Balkon. Privater Parkplatz hinterm Haus.
Die Hauptstrasse ist hin und wieder zu hören - aber das hat nur etwas gestört. Geschirr in der Küche reicht für exakt 2 Personen ;-) Etwas mehr Teller/Besteck wäre schön (damit man nicht sofort abspülen muss). Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten.
