The place is excellent for travelers with cars. It's about 10min from Meran city or the Meran 2000 ski area. The host is very kind and helpful in answering my questions. Everything smooth. Especially for the price we paid (65 euro per night, probably last minute deal), it is impeccable.

Lovely, clean, little apartment, well-located, friendly staff. Overall a very comfortable stay and I wish we'd have had more time to stay.

There was loud noise and voices which could be heard in the bedroom at 5 in the morning which went on for an hour. The bed creeks badly, but the mattress is comfortable.

Gelungener Urlaub

Die Vermieter sind super nett und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Die großzügige Wohnung war sehr sauber, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die An- und Abreise war trotz Verspätung sehr problemlos. Man kann Getränke und Olivenöl im Haus kaufen. Tolle Aussicht. Gastronomie und Bäcker fussläufig erreichbar. Gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt in ca. 900 m. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und mit dem Bus ist Meran und Bozen sehr gut zu erreichen - mit der Gästekarte sogar kostenlos. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Als kleine Anregung nicht als Kritik: Vielleicht ein Sessel mehr in unserer Wohnung für 4 Personen.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage – perfekt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge rund um Meran 🌄🚶‍♀️. Einchecken und Betreuung wa

Die Unterkunft bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis 👍 Die Lage ist ideal – etwa 4 km von Dorf Tirol und rund 1,5 km vom Fluss entfernt. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar Wandertouren starten 🚶‍♀️⛰️ oder mit dem Fahrrad entlang des Flusses fahren 🚴‍♂️. Das Einchecken war super unkompliziert und komfortabel 🔑 – wir sind spät angereist und konnten den Schlüssel problemlos entgegennehmen. Auch die Verwaltung war sehr herzlich und freundlich 😊 Ein kleiner Abzug bei der Ausstattung: Alles ist dem Preisniveau entsprechend vorhanden, aber ein Toaster oder eine Mikrowelle wären schön gewesen. Der Herd hat funktioniert, allerdings hätte er etwas schneller heiß werden dürfen 🔥😉 Das Geschirr ist für vier Personen abgezählt und damit etwas knapp bemessen. Da keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist, muss man öfter mal spülen 🍽️ In unserem Apartment Nr. 6 gab es eine Schlafcouch als zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit – leider war diese vom Komfort her eher wie eine Fakir-Bank 😅 und bot kaum Schlafqualität. Trotzdem: Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit toller Lage, freundlichem Service und idealem Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um Meran 🌞

Ottima posizione, ma appartamento da migliorare

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e comoda ai servizi, con parcheggio interno privato. Molto disponibili nel fornirci una pentola più grande per cucinare la pasta per 4 persone, perché quelle fornite erano piccoline. L'appartamento è composto da una camera matrimoniale con accesso al balcone, cucina/soggiorno con divano e poltrona e una camera con 2 letti singoli con piccola finestra apribile solo a vasistas. Sono presenti molti armadi per riporre i vestiti. ĹSu richiesta ci è stato fornito il guest pass per i mezzi pubblici.

Solo dopo aver prenotato, abbiamo scoperto che nel nostro appartamento non erano accettati gatti per via di una moquette e un tappeto (non indicati nelle note di prenotazione). Abbiamo dovuto lasciare il nostro gatto a casa, purtroppo, con qualcuno che se ne occupasse. L'appartamento prenotato era sotto tetto, quindi molto caldo nel periodo in cui abbiamo pernottato e nonostante 2 ventilatori, abbiamo dovuto dormire con tutte le finestre aperte (solo 2 erano apribili a vasistas). Il pavimento in legno scricchiolante per tutta la casa non credo sia stato molto gradito anche agli ospiti sotto di noi. Ogni volta che ci alzavamo, qualcuno si svegliava per il rumore. Flessibile della doccia rotto, che perdeva. Non è molto chiaro dove e come si raccolgono i rifiuti (abbiamo dovuto cercare noi in giro per la struttura).

Comoda e funzionale per brevi periodi

La casa è fornita di ogni comfort, posizione ottima per esplorare tutta la zona. Check-in e checkout in autonomia comodo e senza perdite di tempo. La cucina era funzionale nel suo piccolo.

Struttura un po' datata, mobili vintage che andrebbero almeno riverniciati. Cucina con solo due fuochi elettrici che allunga di molto i tempi di cottura. Letto un po' scomodo e rumoroso, cuscini troppo bassi

Tolle ruhige Lage. Meran lässt sich von dort aus super mit dem Bus erreichen. Schöner Ausblick. Sehr nette Vermieterin und eine einfache Abwicklung.

Alte Einrichtung und die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein.

Consiglio assolutamente

L'appartamento era essenziale, aveva il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno senza problemi. Nell'appartamenti non vi è la moka per il caffè, noi l'abbiamo acquistata, scoprendo poi che nella sala dove vi è la reception ci sono delle caffetterie da poter prendere ed utilizzare. Non vi è il microonde. L'appartamento è comunque funzionale, prese di corrente vicino al letto, divano molto comodo, terrazzino vivibile, letto comodo, non vi è seconda scelta di cuscini. Il bagno è datato ma funzionale, vi è un phon potente, non quelli classici da hotel. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il primo appartamento, prontamente risolti da Bettina che si è dimostrata disponibilissima, gentile e ci ha cambiato l'appartamento. La posizione è assolutamente ottima!! A pochi minuti da Merano, fuori dal caos, il parcheggio è privato e scoperto, si trova nella strada interna dietro l'edificio, ergo, se avete una moto potete stare tranquilli!! Che dire... lo consiglio assolutamente! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Torneremo!

Ottimo, ci tornerò!

Posizione comoda a pochi km da Merano. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare, lavarsi e riposare. La proprietaria è molto gentile e ci ha anche fatto avere un pass per poter utilizzare i mezzi pubblici del Sudtirol gratuitamente.

Es war eine Ferienwohnung, daher haben wir uns selbstversorgt. Die Lage war gut, in einer Seitenstrasse. Meran in ca. 3 - 4 Kilometer entfernt. Sehr gute Busverbindungen mit der Gästekarte (QR - Code). Ausreichend Parkplätze an der Unterkunft. Sehr ruhig. Schöne Ausblicke auf das Passeiertal

Super Gute Lage. Unterkunft alt aber sauber. Wanderwege bei Unterkunft. Zimmer für kurzen Aufenthalt OK. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Preis in Ordnung.

Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Ich war im Erdgeschoss. Man hört wirklich alles von den anderen Gästen. Spülung, Lüftung, gehen usw...... . Einrichtung 80er Jahre, was mich persönlich nicht stört weil ich sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs bin und nur ein Bett zum schlafen brauche.

A parte il troppo marrone di piastrelle e pavimento, per il resto appartamentino molto carino,, per essere un monolocale spazioso, terrazzino capiente e funzionale. Consiglierei l aggiunta in cucina di un fornetto/ microonde

Come sentirsi a casa!

Bettina è stata premurosa nel comunicare con noi e abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno. Rifiano e’ a due passi da Merano e Lagundo(Forst). Nonostante viaggiassimo con un neonato di 5 mesi ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Abbiamo dovuto portare la nostra culla da viaggio e mancava un forno microonde che sarebbe utile. Per il resto, perfetta!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einer Traumgegend

Die Residence hatte eine gute Lage,von der Hauptstraße, die unweit weg liegt,war nichts zu hören. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Wir hatten eine Parterre Wohnung und durften unsere E Bikes auf unseren Balkon abstellen,ein großer Vorteil. Das Wlan war sehr gut und schnell. Gasstätten und Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Radweg an der Passer wunderschön gelegen. Eine traumhafte Urlaubsregion,jederzeit wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Ich weiß gar nicht, wer gerne jeden Tag zum Bäcker geht,kein Problem. Wir hatten uns einen Toaster von zu Hause mitgebracht,um das Toastbrot bzw. Brötchen aufzubacken.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit Bergblick

Das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in Riffian (nahe Meran). Es ist geräumig und hat zwei schöne Balkone mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns super Tipps gegeben und sich viel Mühe bei unseren Anliegen gegeben. Die Möbel sind zwar nicht so hochmodern, es war aber alles tiptop sauber. Im Flur gibt es gekühlte Getränke zum Kaufen, super nach einer langen Fahrt. Außerdem diverse Wander- und Biketipps sowie ein Programm vom Fremdenverkehrsamt mit echt tollem Angebot.

Es gibt für jedes Appartment einen eigenen Parkplatz im Garten, da muss man wohl etwas rangieren.

Eines vorweg.... sehr nette , liebenswürdige und umsichtige Vermieter ! Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in allen Belangen den Beschreibungen und unseren Bedürfnissen ! Das Appartment aus den 70/80ern war zeitgemäß , aber sauber und gepflegt und Alles funktionierte ! Alles wurde vorab telefonisch und per Mail abgesprochen und geklärt ! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und werden wiederkommen !
