TipTop Klare Empfehlung

Schickes kleines, sehr sauberes Appartement in direkter Nähe zum Zentrum. Sehr ruhig. Für die Größe sehr gut aufgeteilt. Gutes Licht. Viel Platz im Schrank. Großes Bett mit guter Matratze. Das Bett ist aber nur von vorne zugänglich. Man kann also nicht einfach seitlich aussteigen. Mir hat das nichts ausgemacht. Badezimmer ist auch sehr sauber und groß genug. Es sind genügend Handtücher und sogar Bademäntel und eingepackte Hotelschlappen etc. vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr wertig. Eine kostenfreie, abschließbare Garage in der Tiefgarage gehört mit dabei. Ist aber nichts für große Autos. Bei mir war es Millimeterarbeit... zur Not gibt es aber auch Parkplätze an der Straße. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war über Whatsapp sehr schnell, sehr nett und problemlos. Für das reibungslose Check-in kamen viele zweckmäßige Fotos und kurze Erklärungen, wie das Appartment zu finden ist. Absolut top. Ich würde wieder hier buchen. Klare Empfehlung.

Es wird gerade (Stand 02/2026) ein Aufzug eingebaut. Dementsprechend eine Baustelle im Haus. Naja, dafür wird es dann, wenn der Aufzug mal da ist, umso komfortabler, schöner und einfacher, weil das Apartment gabz oben im 4. Stock liegt. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, da ich immer einiges zu schleppen habe...

Ottimo soggiorno che terrò in considerazione per il prossimo viaggio a Merano

Ottimo appartamento ristrutturato di recente e ben arredato, non mancava nulla, dotato anche di box per parcheggiare la macchina. Buona la posizione, con 15 minuti di camminata sei in centro. Sicuramente consigliabile, anche la proprietaria molto gentile e premurosa, mi ha contattato per sapere se tutto andava bene e se avevo bisogno di qualcosa.

Il quarto piano senza ascensore, ma ho visto che stanno lavorando per installarlo, per cui tra un po’ di tempo non ci sarà più la fatica con i bagagli di fare tutte le scale a piedi

Glücklich im wunderschönen Meran

Diese Wohnung ist unglaublich gut aufgeteilt - sie ist nämlich nicht sehr groß. Ich habe selten in einer dermaßen gut ausgestatteten Wohnung gewohnt. Alles tiptop sauber und durch den Ventilator über dem Bett waren die Temperaturen über 30 Grad gut auszuhalten. Achtung: Die Garage ist für Nicht-Italiener sehr eng aber machbar. Kommunikation mir der Vermieterin ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist innen viel hübscher als das Haus von außen den Anschein erweckt. Gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, 10 min ins Zentrum. Empfehlung!

Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist sollte bedenken, dass die Wohnung im 3.Stock ohne Lift ist.

Sehr schön

Es war eines der saubersten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Im Süd-Tiroler Hochsommer bei teilweise 36 Grad, gepaart mit dieser Dachwohnung, ohne isoliert zu sein und mit diesem schwachen Deckenventilator war es fast unmöglich zu schlafen. Es brauch umbedingt ein Klimagerät! Die gibt es ja um 200-300€ für mobile Geräte.

Mooi en gunstig gelegen, comfortabel appartementnt

Het appartement is op 4 de verdieping, allemaal trappen. Het was er erg warm maar er was een grote ventilator , die goed werkte Alles was zeer smaakvol en heel mooi ingericht, alles aanwezig.

De garage ingang vraagt om een ervaren chauffeur die de auto recht voor de ingang krijgt. Het is ons (mijn man) gelukt.

4. Stock ohne Aufzug war eine gewisse Herausforderung, aber für uns sportliche Typen kein Problem. Einparken in die Garage mit einem SUV einparken war ebenfalls etwas herausfordernd, aber mit Teamwork machbar.

Ruhige Lage etwa 10-15 min. zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt. Parkplatz vorhanden. Super Dusche und gut eingerichtete Küche.

Kopfkissen waren für uns persönlich unbequem. Leider fehlte ein Korkenzieher war aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Nettes Appartment mit sehr netter Vermieterin

Nettes Appartment unweit von Zentrum/Bahnhof. Wir haben alle Unternehmungen zu Fuß bzw. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln machen können. Ausstattung toll und die Vermieterin ist super lieb. Parken auch super angenehm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

In dem Haus ist kein Aufzug, man muss die paar Stockwerke zu Fuß gehen. War für uns aber kein Problem.

Inaspettatamente perfetto

Un piccolo alloggio ma con spazi comodi, nuovo, pulitissimo, completo di tutto, molto curato fin nei piccoli dettagli con ottimo gusto. Molta cura e attenzione anche nella scelta degli accessori. La doccia favolosa. Molto silenzioso e accogliente.

Forse le scale possono rappresentare un problema ma se vai a Merano certamente lo fai perché sei una persona che ama muoversi e qualche scala non dovrebbe spaventarti.
