Great view, attentive hosts.

Really nice hosts with a great view towards Dorf Tirol and the castles. Contact less entry was simple and straightforward. Located about 1km from the train station and old town centre.

General cleanliness was OK, but there were a number of areas requiring better attention. Glasses with lipstick marks, mould in the shower and the top of the washing machine. The plug from the bathroom sink, covered in black grime and a cleaning sponge were left next to the handbasin. There was soap in the shower from the previous guests. The hosts were shocked by the conditions left after their cleaner had been through and made efforts to rectify. We also chose this apartment for the washing machine, which was broken. The hosts offered to pay for laundry service and bought a new machine. However it was not installed until the night we left.

Possibilità di parcheggio. Balcone panoramico. Appartamento caldo e confortevole, fornito di una cucina attrezzata.

Bagno un po’ piccolo e luce principale del bagno troppo bassa di voltaggio; si è costretti ad utilizzare la luce dello specchio. Solo una presa ai lati del letto e solo una luce da comodino al posto di due.

L’appartamento è confortevole ma con mobili vecchi e di poco gusto. Letto e materasso scomodissimi. Biancheria da letto e asciugamani sbiaditi e duri. Pulizia sommaria, dietro le tende e sotto il letto batuffoli di polvere. Il Monolocale dista due km dal centro con strada deserta di sera.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Il monolocale è molto carino e funzionale, oltre che silenzioso. C'è un terrazzino con una vista stupenda, godibile anche dall'interno grazie alle grandi vetrate. Il cucinino ha anche la lavastoviglie, che è un gran lusso. Il bagno è comodo, anche se privo di bidet. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio incluso proprio davanti a casa. L'appartamento si trova ad una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro, in una zona tranquilla e residenziale.

Il letto un po' cigolante e la struttura letto in legno un po' scomoda.

Zimmer sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage. Ein großer Balkon in der obersten Etage des Hauses mit einem super schönen Panoramablick. Ruhige Wohngegend mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Sind sofort unserer Bitte nach einem sicheren Stellplatz für unsere Fahrräder nachgekommen und haben uns tolle Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir werden wieder zurück kommen. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
