Buona location, pulita e abbastanza vicina al centro raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi. Molto comodo il parcheggio auto riservato nella corte interna. Bella vista sulle montagne.

L’unica lato positivo è stata la gentilezza del proprietario che mi ha aiutato nel raggiungere la struttura in quanto le indicazioni erano a me poco chiare.

Purtroppo l’appartamento non era pulito accuratamente (ho trovato capelli sul comodino), alcune lampadine erano fulminate e la cucina poco attrezzata. Il maggiore disagio è stata l’assenza della lavatrice nonostante facesse parte della lista dei servizi disponibili.

Spartanische Einrichtung, aber alles da was man braucht. Man kann gut in die Innenstadt laufen. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Parkplatz vorhanden (allerdings hat sich die Nummer geändert).

Schwer zu finden, trotz Beschreibung. Lage in einem Wohnblock und unangenehmer Geruch im Apartment. Achtung: Die in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Waschmaschine existiert nicht - sehr ärgerlich wenn man sich darauf einrichtet. Kommentar vom Vermieter auf die Nachfrage dazu erst nach Abreise. Ungeziefer in Küche und Bad. Das Bett ist eine Schlafcouch. Blick auf die Berge geht zuerst auf ein heruntergekommenes Möbelgeschäft.

Non ci tornerei neanche se mi pagassero.

La posizione a pochi minuti dal centro e il parcheggio privato.

Durante la sera si sentiva una insopportabile puzza di fogna venire dagli scarichi dei bagni e il pavimento dell’appartamento si riempiva di insetti che di giorno non c’erano. Abbiamo dovuto acquistare dei cuscini nuovi perché quelli che c’erano erano inutilizzabili (il proprietario ci ha detto di usare quelli decorativi per dormire-tra l’altro senza federa). Inoltre non c’è un materasso ma un divano letto e questo non è scritto nella descrizione della stanza. Per tutto questo abbiamo lasciato l’alloggio un giorno prima rispetto a quanto pagato.

Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Anbieter der auch sehr hilfsbereit war.

Lage war in einem Wohnblock, Optik und Sauberkeit und Geruch sicherlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bergblick war da, wenn man einen runtergekommenen Möbelladen ignoriert. Zentral gelegen ist sicherlich Auslegungssache Das Bett war ne Klapp-Couch Insektenbefall aus dem Küchenabfluss, wofür sicherlich der Vermieter nichts kann Parkplatz (kein gefestigter)gibt es, man muss halt ne Ecke zur Wohnung laufen,

L’appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione ed è tenuto bene.

Manca l’aria condizionata, non è possibile soggiornare durante il periodo estivo viste anche le alte temperature estive a Merano. Il contesto dell’immobile è molto popolare. Non è facile trovare la struttura perché non c’è il numero civico, ma solo indicazioni, non semplici da seguire, date dalle foto inviate su Booking.

Viaggio di coppia in moto

Il monolocale è molto accogliente, dotato di stoviglie per poter cucinare. Buona la pulizia. Si trova in un condominio tranquillo con un bar e un supermercato vicinissimi. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato. Il centro di Merano è a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi. Il proprietario Nico molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio sicuramente questo appartamento

Saubere zweckmässige Unterkunft in Stadtnähe mit Gratis PP vor dem Haus.

Das Einchecken hat sehr gut funktioniert. Gratis PP direkt neben dem Haus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist zweckmässig möbiliert. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuss in 15 Min. erreichbar.

Die Fenster sind gut isoliert aber bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Verkehrslärm sehr störend. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon.

Posto accogliente, letto comodo, stanza pulita, indicazioni per ottenere le chiavi molto precise. A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno in alcuni momenti della giornata, fortunatamente non è uscito dal bagno.

Vue sur les montagnes splendide, quartier calme même si près d'une route. Très peu de bruit au sein de la propriété. Avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour le week-end. Peut être 1 micro-ondes serait il pratique.
